Group RatesWindjammer's wedding package themed "Tropical Bliss" will be free of charge if any of the following qualifications are confirmed - minimum of 10 nights in a 1 bedroom villa on the all inclusive meal plan, a minimum of 10 nights in a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom villa with pool or, a wedding party booking of a minimum of 10 or more rooms for a minimum of 5 nights. When booking 10+ rooms, you and your guests qualify for a 10% discount; 15+ rooms earn a 15% discount; and when booking 20 rooms or more, a 20% discount.

A� Inclusive PackagesWe happily extend group discounts on the All Inclusive Food & Beverage plan. The cost for this is $165 for adults, $125 for teens and $85 for children per night plus 20% service and tax. When booking 10+ rooms, you and your guests qualify for a 10% discount; 15+ rooms earn a 15% discount; and when booking 20 rooms or more, a 20% discount.

ResidencyA residency period of 3 full working weekdays in St. Lucia is necessary before an application can be made to the Attorney General. The day you meet our attorney is calculated as the first working day. A civil wedding may be performed at the resort from Monday through Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. To expedite the legal paperwork, fax or email copies of the required documentation to the Resort’s Wedding Coordinator at least one month prior to your arrival date.

Required DocumentsAll couples are required to bring along all original documentation. Please ensure that the divorce absolute has the original stamps and seals from your attorney and the Court.

You require a valid passport for your trip. please ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months from your travel date.

Other required documents include:Birth certificates, Passports or driver’s license (preferably passports), Home address (for each person), Occupation (for each person), Immigration cards (stamped locally at airport), Original of proof if name changed by ‘Deed Poll’, Original of proof of ‘Decree Absolute’ if one or both of the parties is divorced, Original of ‘Death Certificate’ if one or both parties are, widowed and certified copy of previous marriage certificate, Sworn affidavit by parents or guardians of persons under 21years, Documents such as birth certificates and divorce decree absolutes must be officially translated into English.
