Dry type class 220 transformers contain no liquid to pollutethe ground or water supplies, therefore, no measures toguard against spillage are required.

Winder Electrical manufacture a range of dry type Class220 transformers, which are particularly suitable for usein environmentally sensitive areas and also tunnellingapplications.

Cooler Replacements

Winder Electrical offer a full removal and installation servicewhich can replace and re-design any transformer coolingsystem, including control, fans and pumps.

Maintaining and improving efficiency is essential tooperating any transformer, old and new. Our repair,refurbishment and replacement service is designed to keepyour transformer running continuously with the minimum ofdisruption to power supply.

The contract can cover the maintenance of:
