Situated on the coast, the city makes use of the elements as energy source. Thus two enormous wind turbines were built to power the entire city. The buildings are strangely shaped and they all seem to have a streamlined quality to them as though the city itself is moving. All the smaller buildings’ exteriors (which are further away from the city centre) are made from a white metallic material. On this land you can’t see anything other than sand and dirt.
