The full text of the will of the martyr Mohammed bin Shadhaf Al-Shehri (Abu Tariq Al -Asswad)

The full praise is to Allah, and the full thanks are to Allah. O’ Allah we praise you until you are pleased, and you are praised when you are pleased, and you are praised after being pleased. You are pleased as we say and you are praised better than what we say. All praise is to you, and you have the entire domain and all matters return to you. Alhamdulillah who said: (Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people -14- And remove the anger of their (believers') hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise -15-) Surah At-Taubah. Alhamdulillah and it is enough, and peace and blessings be upon the chosen prophet who said: “Expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula”. May Allah bless our prophet Mohammed, and his family, and Sahabah to the Day of Judgment, and then:

O’ Brothers in Islam…

Jihad is an obligation from the obligations of Islam and a pillar of his true religion which Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it.

Jihad that was called the pinnacle of Islam, the symbol of pride and dignity for Islam and Muslims, no Muslim doubts that jihad for the sake of Allah, is one of the biggest rituals of the religion that preserved for the Ummah it’s entity, pride and status, also it’s known to every aware reasonable Muslim, that from the reasons of the defeat of the Ummah and its loss today, is the absence of the banner of jihad for the sake of Allah.

The enemies of Allah abroad, the Jews, Christians and polytheists, also the enemies from inside from hypocrites, apostates and secularists. They planned their plot, in obliterating the banner of jihad and killing it in the souls of the Ummah, but that’s far, very far… we are aware that the path of salvation from this historical dilemma that Ummah have entered is jihad for the sake of Allah and the jihadi education, and that it’s return from this loss that’s it living is returning to its Lord and implementing the rituals of its religion and adhering with what Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and Sahabah adhered to.

O’ Ummah of Islam…

Islam have engaged in its long history fierce battles, and the Muslims entered in many wars against the global Kaffir conspiracy and Islam came out Alhamdulillah triumphant and victorious…

And the horse nodded and the lion slept in his den for a long time and the cubs were raised on negligence, and exchanged that which is better for that which is lower and the ambitions returned to overcome the dreams of the enemies of Allah in eradicating Islam, pushed by their old hatred, and mean nature, so appeared conspiracies and intrigues that targeted the presence of the Muslims and confiscating the riches and destiny of Islamic world. The cause of Palestine, Chechnya, Kashmir, Afghanistan, and Iraq today and many others… are only episodes of the global Kaffir series over Islam and its people, and the governments and regimes the rule the countries of the Muslims are only a model of clear and obvious treachery to the enemies of Allah, and to absent the Sharia of Allah from the Muslims.

These governments have established its regulations and laws based on rejecting all the values, morals and principles of the Sharia, except one regime, which is the “Al-Saud” regime which is still deceiving people and claiming love of Elim and Ulema, and love serving the religion, and I bear witness to Allah on what I’m saying, that this regime “the Al-Saud regime” has nothing to do with Islam. It’s only a claim, falsehood and fraud over the worshipers of Allah. And they were helped in installing the bases for their regime, they were helped in that by scholars of the rulers who demoralize the Ummah and betray the religion. Here are the Americans and other polytheists, are roaming in the land of the Al -Haramain (Mecca and Medina) like it’s one of their states. Here are their military bases everywhere. Here are their warplanes, tanks and anti-aircraft and their central command on the land of Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and when you ask them about that they say: “Those have come to serve us!!!”.

And Amir Sultan comes out on TV and says: “There is no base for the presence of the American forces in our country and what has been circulating among the people from news about the presence of the American forces in our country is incorrect…!!”

And when you go to the Ulema and say that to them they say to you: “Those are Mu'ahidin (promisor) who harming them is not permissible…!!”

O’ worshipers how are they Mu'ahidin? When they have come with their weapons, tanks, warplanes and destroyers?

They are fighting combatants, and when the American secretary of defense Rumsfeld stated when he visited Saudi Arabia a few days ago in his latest visits, he said: “We thank Saudi Arabia for what it provided to us from aid and services during our war on Iraq and that there is no longer need for the American forces inside Saudi Arabia…!!!”.

These words are a proof that what have been said by the Elj (donkey) Sultan isn’t correct, a clear controversy that can be realized by the young before the old. The Arar airport is crowded by the American soldiers, also the military base in Al-Kharj is full of B52 warplanes and F15 and F16 warplanes and also anti-aircraft. Also my dear ones the airports that you don’t know anything about, and the military bases located in Ta’if, the new Al-Qaseem base, and Khamis Mushait base. Also the seaports that were emptied to make them enter their destroyers to it. All this worshipers of Allah to strike our Muslim brothers everywhere…

Today the war against the Islamic world, is launched from the blessed lands that declare to Islam and the Moslems that it’s an Islamic state…

Falsehood, slander and fraud and clear Kufr to what has been revealed to Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, but they are disillusioned, and are disappointed and surely suffered a manifest loss. The youth of Islam became aware to this red blood that Allah have tempted them with it to test their Eyman and patience, the Lord of pride and majesty: (Verily, they are but plotting a plot -15- And I (too) am planning a plan -16- So give a respite to the disbelievers; deal gently with them for a while -17-) Surah At-Tariq.

To those who worried by our jihad, and seek very hard to silence our guns, we say:

“Our jihad will continue Insha’Allah, and our fingers on the trigger won’t stop towards them, a relentless fight. Our fight is a fight of those whose hearts are eager to meet their Lord. Does a man who wishes to meet his Lord is afraid of death? Does the one who excepts one of the two best things (martyrdom or victory) fears battle? Who hope victory or martyrdom? Our determination increases by the days and is strengthen by the victories and Karaamaat”.

Thus the history of our Islamic Ummah is based on the sincerity of intention towards Allah Almighty, and the true approach to Him, and following the guidance of the Mustafa peace and blessings be upon him, after that you will see the inconceivable, and the

balances and accounts will revert, and all the mental and logical perceptions. The Lord of pride and majesty says: (How often has a small party vanquished a numerous host by Allah's permission) 249 Surah Al-Baqara

O’ my brothers in the religion of Ibrahim…

What we are doing today of act against the enemies of Allah from Americans and others in the Land of Al -Haramain, is only an answer to Allah Aza wa Gal, and an answer to the call of his messenger peace and blessings of Allah be upon him who said: “Expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula”, and a support to our oppressed brothers everywhere. And O’ Americans we have to you with slaughter, so wait for us…

This act is a gift to the caravan of light, that noble caravan that mujahidin and martyrs marched in it in a path that they brushed with carnage, and watered it with blood, and fenced it with skeletons. To the caravan of steadfast on the truth, the holders of hot coals, seeking to raise the banner of jihad. To the martyrs, to the giants, to the guards of the Islamic strongholds, to the protectors of the honor and dignity, to those who broke chains and challenged tyranny, to those who cheapened the life for the Aqeeda and cheapened the blood for the values and principles, to the brothers who Allah have honored me to know them on the sincere line of jihad, to the prisoners in Cuba, to the prisoners and detainees in the Arabian Peninsula and everywhere in countries in the world, to all the persecuted Ulema in the Land of Al -Haramain, to all who escaped with their religion who expound openly the word of truth, to all the Ulema of jihad, to my sheikh and beloved, sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah preserve and protect him, we present this act, and we ask Allah Aza wa Gal to grant us martyrdom for His sake and forgive our sins and expiate our sins and make us enter the Jannat Al-Firdous, he is capable of that and worthy of answering.

A message that I present to my honorable sheikhs…

To my honorable sheikhs, and my respectable Ulema… I have read the names of martyrs, and their history, so I was sorry and got affected very much, because I didn’t find among these martyrs one Alim from the Ulema of the Islamic Ummah, who filled Islamic libraries with their books, and no speaker from the speakers who filled the world with their cassettes that they spoke about the reward of jihad, and the status of the martyrs with Allah Aza wa Gal. So I asked myself many questions which I didn’t have answers to them. Why don’t the Ulema, sheikhs and speakers covet in the reward of jihad and the status of martyrs with Allah Aza wa Gal??

Do they don’t need this reward and this status?

Or that their role ends in the audible words and written letters…

But I can only say that Allah the Lord of pride and majesty will ask them tomorrow about that, and rahimahallah O’ Abdullah Azzam.

To my brothers the mujahidin who steadfast on the path of the truth…

I say to them remember the saying of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “Revert to Jihad, because it is among the doors of Paradise with which Allah drives away sadness and depression from the hearts”, and the one best blessings and complete peace be upon him says: “Verily! Setting out in the early morning or in the evening in order to fight in Allah's way is better than the world and what it contains”, and the one best peace and blessings be upon him says: “Standing for an hour in the ranks of battle is better than standing in prayer for sixty years”, and the one best blessings and complete peace be upon him says: “To spend an hour in the path of Allah is better than to stand in prayers in the Lailatul Qadr in front of the Black Stone (Hajr-e-Aswad)”.

A message that I present to my family…

I say to them remember the authentic which was mentioned from the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “The martyr (shaheed) has seven blessings from Allah: he is forgiven from the moment his blood is first shed; he will be shown his place in Paradise; he will be spared the trial of the grave; and he will be secure on the Day of the Greatest Terror (the Day of Judgment); there will be placed on his head a crown of dignity, one ruby of which is better than this world and all that is in it; he will be married to seventy-two of Al-hoor al-‘iyn; and he will be permitted to intercede for seventy of his relatives”.

To my wife the mother of the heroes…

I say that jihad to raise the word of Allah, and establishing the religion is a worship that is on top of all worships, and advances in the list of sacrifices, and nothing crowds it from the good righteous deeds.

A message that I present to my brothers who are kept behind the walls in the prisons of the Tawagit…

I say that you are the people of the principles… you are the lions of Allah, don’t soften, be steadfast, and pious, and remember that you have been preceded by Ibn Taymiyyah, (Sayyid) Ibn Qutb, and Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal, and many others to this day, and the reward Insha’Allah is big, like they are saying:

(Arabic poetry)

I asked Allah in the depth of nights and the time when the Almighty comes down

That he chooses for me the good and guidance and have mercy on our brothers and my situation

We were in the depth of prison captives and no one is asking about us

And we doing jihad in a country and remembered the plains and mountains

We were making the Kufr taste a cup that we drink pure at the battleground

Aiding the Muslims in every land and wiping the tear of the orphan children

Roaring in the face of the Kufr and smiling in the faces of the people of the new moon

Afghanistan, Chechnya and Bosnia, and glories similar to imagination

And when we returned we found the prison shelter and lashing was an art consecutively

But you see that they have returned lions and we were superior to the enemies

So today pour your torture like we were created from mountains

Investigation and beating then insults then trampling with slippers

Nail avulsion what a memory immortalized by Umayya with Bilal

And threatening of an act that will happen like the act of the astray people (rape)

And dangling of the legs from above and severe electrocution

And some of them brought members of family and said we will violate their honor is you don’t care

So tell us about Takfir and actions and confess of an imaginary bombing

My god these people are drunk and they only want to oppress men

My god the oppression of these people is a memory their first and next are devils

Brother have patience death is coming and the sword of truth cuts and doesn’t care

A message to the men of the intelligence…

To the dogs of the state, why are you supporting the Tawagit against your brothers, is it for a handful of money you watch the people and the Muslims, and torture the mujahidin, so fear Allah… fear Allah, stop harming us, or I swear to Allah who supported my brothers the 19 against the Americans on their own ground, if you didn’t stop harming us, you will only get from us the sword and spearhead, you agents of Tawagit.

And a final message that I present to ordinary Muslims, I say to them…

Read in the Book of Allah Aza wa Gal, the saying of Almighty: (Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for (the price) that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success) 111 Surah At-Taubah.

I ask Allah Aza wa Gal that He guides me and brothers to every good, and He grant us success, and correct our opinion and aiming, and make us from those who do great slaughter against their enemies, and expel the enemies of the religion and faith from the Americans and others in disgrace and ignominy, by our hands, and bless our actions, and aid us and our brothers the mujahidin on the land of Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, so O’ Americans wait for us, we have come to you with slaughter.

O’ Allah we ask you for success and straightforwardness, and steadfast on this religion, until we meet you in patience and hopeful of your reward, martyrs marching forward not retreating, on the sincere path of jihad Insha’Allah.

O’ Allah we praise you until you are pleased, O’ Allah we praise you until you are pleased, O’ Allah we praise you until you are pleased, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our prophet, family, and Sahabah to the day of judgment.

The full text of the will of the martyr Hazem Kashmiri (Abu Omar Al- Ta'ifi)

We live these days after the end of the crusade war against Afghanistan, then today against Iraq, and saw with our own eyes the crusade hatred to the Ummah of Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, from killing the elderly, women and children,

and destruction of villages and cities, the Almighty says: (And the Jews will not be pleased with you, nor the Christians until you follow their religion) 120 Surah Al-Baqara.

O’ youth of Islam…

The crusaders have spread with their bases in the Arabian Peninsula, whom the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him ordered us drive them out from it, in his saying: “Expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula”, and his saying: “Let there not be two religions in Arabian Peninsula”.

I send my message the Islamic Ummah in general and say to them:

I swear to Allah the great that the Jews and Christians would be driven out from the Arabian Peninsula only with jihad as they were driven out by the forefathers, so don’t disparaged yourself, and under estimate your capabilities, carry your arms, and kill the Jews and Christians any where you find them.

You are the grandchildren of the Sahabah, grandchildren of Abu Bakr Assiddiq, Umar bin Al-Khattab, Uthman Ibn Affan, Ali bin Abu Talib, Khaled Ibn Al-Walid, Usama ibn Zayd and Amr ibn Al-As may Allah be pleased with them all.

Who broke the noses of the Jews and Christians, and trampled with their feet the kingdom of the Persians and Romans, and wrote the history with heroism, from China in the far east to Andalusia in the far west, the Almighty says: (O you who believe! if you help (the cause of) Allah, He will help you and make firm your feet) 7 Surah Muhammad.

Let them have dead as we have dead in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Kashmir, Philippines and Bosnia, an eye for eye and tooth for tooth, the Almighty says: (whoever then acts aggressively against you, inflict injury on him according to the injury he has inflicted on you) 194 Surah Al-Baqara.

I call you to what is good for you, in the Dunya and hereafter, jihad for the sake of Allah, the Almighty says: (March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you, if you but knew) 41 Surah At-Taubah.

And be delighted to the promise of Allah to the mujahidin, He says: (Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for (the price) that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success) 111 Surah At-Taubah.

O’ youth of Islam…

Go to jihad, go to a Jannah as wide as are the heavens and the earth, what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and the mind of no man has conceived..!!

Don’t forget the rewards that are prepared for the martyr by Allah, the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “The martyr (shaheed) has seven blessings from Allah: he is forgiven from the moment his blood is first shed; he will be shown his place in Paradise; he will be spared the trial of the grave; and he will be secure on the Day of the Greatest Terror (the Day of Judgment); there will be placed on his head a crown of dignity, one ruby of which is better than this world and all that is in it; he will be married to seventy-two of Al-hoor al-‘iyn; and he will be permitted to intercede for seventy of his relatives”.

Beware from putting forward the Dunya over the love of Allah and the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and jihad for the sake of Allah, the Almighty says: (Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your mates and your kinsfolk and property which you have acquired, and the slackness of trade which you fear and dwellings which you like, are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and striving in His way, then wait till Allah brings about His command: and Allah does not guide the transgressing people) 24 Surah At-Taubah.

Be delighted that the youth of Islam have swore by Allah, to present to themselves cheaply for the sake of Allah to expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula, and return to the Ummah its pride and glory, and heal their hearts by killing them as Allah the Almighty said: (Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people) 14 Surah At-Taubah.

Regarding our brothers the captives in the prisons of the oppressors everywhere we present to them this act and say to them:

Be delighted that the help of Allah is near, and His promise to the patient is great, our military martyrdom operations Insha’Allah won’t stop, to raise the word of Allah, and Allah is the Strong, the Mighty, and from him we get assistance and straightforwardness.

Regarding the men of the intelligence I say to them:

May Allah curse you all. You have terrorized our women and children, and made our mothers cry, and violated our honors and homes, and harmed the Auliyâ of Allah and the mujahidin, Ulema and Daa'iyahs. So I ask Allah to curse you above the earth, under the earth and on the day of judgment.

Regarding my message to my parents, family and children is the saying of the Almighty:

(And reckon not those who are killed in Allah's way as dead; nay, they are alive (and) are provided sustenance from their Lord) 169 Surah Aal-e-Imran

A message to the American soldiers: (in English)

For the American soldiers we say:

You have to know that your government have become a big evil, killing innocent people, destroying homes, stealing our money, and holding our sons in jail. We promise that we will not let you live safely and you will not see from us anything else just bombs, fire, destroying homes, cutting your heads, our mujahidin is coming to you very soon to let you see what you didn’t see before.

O’ I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have named Yourself with, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You, that you grant victory to the mujahidin everywhere, and raise the banner of jihad in the land of the Arabian Peninsula, and that you expel the Jews and Christians in disgrace and ignominy, and restore the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Islam and the Muslims.

The full text of the will of the martyr Muhammad bin Abdul Al-Wahab Al -Maqit (Abu Tamim)

ヮΒヤハ ∩ ぶや ギらハ リよ ギヨエョ リΒヤシゲヨャや ギΒシヱ ∩ リΑギワゅイヨャや ュゅョまヱ ∩ リΒヤイエヨャや ゲピャや ギもゅホ ヴヤハ ュΚジャやヱ りΚダャやヱ ∩ ぶ ギヨエャや : ギバよ ゅョぺ リΑギャや ュヲΑ ヴャま ラゅジェみよ ユヰバらゎ リョヱ ヮらエタヱ ヮャへ ヴヤハヱ ∩ ユΒヤジわャやヱ りΚダャや モツプぺ

My first message is a message to the two classes (jinn and men):

Peace will be upon him who follows the guidance… I call you to the religion of Islam, it’s the great religion that calls to virtue, the good characteristics like justice, not oppressing people, and to support the oppressed, being honest in speaking with the people, fulfilling the Covenant, and to power, pride, and courage, since we have been told by our prophet Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him in his saying: “I was sent to complete moralities”.

Those who came and invaded the land of Islam, and installed treacherous agents from our people, and declared that they represent us, and speak on our behalf, and they support them, and present to them what they need from military, economical, or informational, or intelligence information, or others. This scene is repeated in all the land of the Muslims, Inna Lillahi Wainna Ilayhi RajiAAoona.

And since our religion urges and orders us to be fair, and support the oppressed, as have been mentioned in the great Quran (if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them) 72 Surah Al-Anfal, that’s why if there was any oppressed Muslim, in any place I will seek to support him, and lift the injustice, whoever he may be, and I will sacrifice my blood and soul for that, and you reap what you sow.

So if you who hear me weren’t a Muslim, I call you to Islam, once you say: “Ashadu an La Ilaha Illa Allah, wa Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu Allah”, you would have enter in Islam, and you will become my brother in Islam, whatever your nationality, and Whatever your color. There is no difference in Islam between an Arab or non-Arab except with piety. If you enter Islam and something bad happens to you, I will never rest, or enjoy bliss, until I help you in pushing away this misfortune even if you were in the end of the earth, and this is a religious obligation which was ordered by Allah.

The Muslims should help the needy, and aid the oppressed, since it has been narrated from the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one”, so if he was oppressed I will aid him with my tongue and hand, and if he was the oppressor I will correct, straighten, alter him from his injustice.

These are our principles, these are our values and manners which were ordered by our religion. We sacrifice our blood for the sake of our religion. Our religion is the religion of peace. The religion of submitting only to Allah who has no partner. In the same time it’s a religion of might and pride. We will and won’t submit to who assaults us. If anybody assaults us or any other Muslim, either if he was in the east or west of the earth, we will respond to him in the same way he assaulted us, we will respond to him in the same evil way.

I warn everyone who captured the sons of the Muslims either in Cuba, or elsewhere, he will regret the greatest regret, its mentioned in the great Quran: (If ye punish, then punish

with the like of that wherewith ye were afflicted) 126 Surah An-Nahl, and the Muslims when they speak they don’t lie, and you will see our actions soon.

Until all the armies of Kufr leave the land of Islam, I warn you that there are lions waiting to pounce upon you, and that the lions of Islam won’t leave space for thinking, and time for the aggressors to recalculate, from the crusaders and Jews, and their aids and agents, to think about defending themselves, despite no sane will deny for someone seeking to defend himself, not by reason or by norms.

Regarding the second message, it’s a message to the Muslims:

I say to you these few words, not because I’m not the most knowledgeable among you, or I’m the most eloquence among you, or the most pious among you in religion, but it’s a remembrance, I remind my negligent self first, and my Muslim brothers second, since Allah Aza wa Gal said: (And remind for verily, the reminding profits the believers) 55 Surah Adh-Dhariyat.

To my Muslim brothers who are blessed with the blessing of Islam, to my Muslim brothers who are blessed with the blessing of security, to my Muslim brothers who are fluctuating in the grace of Allah in their day or night, between their fathers and brothers, wives and tribe, property, trade and houses, I say to them:

Your Muslim brothers houses have been demolished, their blood have been shed, their honors violated, in the eastern parts of earth and the western parts, and in the heart of the Islamic world in the Masra (land of the Night Journey) of our prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Philippines, Kashmir, Indonesia, Iraq, and others, and I remind them the saying of Allah Gal wa Alaa: (Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline; or the dwellings in which ye delight＿ are dearer to you than Allah or His Messenger or the striving in His cause; then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious) 24 Surah At-Taubah.

O’ you Muslims who claim Islam, and claim that he is suffering for the religion, and the one who cries for the suffering of the Muslims, isn’t it time to act, instead of the talking and quarrels, and exchanging accusations. The wounds of the Muslims are many, and the three mosques voice have cracked from moaning and crying. In Palestine, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Masra (land of the Night Journey) of our prophet is captive under the oppressiveness of the Jews, and it’s noble people are killed, displaced and imprisoned. In the land of the Al -Haramain the bases of the crusaders are established on it to bombard our Moslem brothers in Iraq, and the riches of the Ummah are plundered, and the sincere mujahid sons of the Muslims, who defend La Ilaha Illa Allah Muhammadan Rasulu Allah with their blood and souls, in the prisons of oppression and tyranny, in Cuba and other

detentions of the oppressors, to the latest wounds like Chechnya, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Philippines, and others.

I say to the Muslims that Allah Aza wa Gal: (if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them) 72 Surah Al-Anfal, what has been taken by force can only be retrieved by force and nothing else.

To my Muslim brothers… I see in you sincere men, who would rise to support the religion, but you have to learn, and take your swords, and ride your horses, and then the victory of Allah will come, and don’t be deluded that they are more than us in numbers and equipment, since Allah Aza wa Gal said: (How often has a small party vanquished a numerous host by Allah's permission, and Allah is with the patient) 249 Surah Al-Baqara.

Be as the worshipers of Allah Who He said about (And how many a prophet has fought with whom were many worshippers of the Lord; so they did not become weak-hearted on account of what befell them in Allah's way, nor did they weaken, nor did they abase themselves; and Allah loves the patient) 146 Surah Aal-e-Imran.

And I give you glad tidings that the victory of Allah is near, since Allah Aza wa Gal said: (Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Allah?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allah is near) 214 Surah Al-Baqara.

And Allah has promised those who fight for his sake in his saying: (Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for (the price) that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success) 111 Surah At-Taubah.

And I remind my negligent self and my brothers about the virtues of jihad and martyrdom for the sake of Allah with these noble Ayat and honorable Hadith. Allah Aza wa Gal said: (O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a trade that will save you from a painful torment? -10- That you believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! -11- (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwellings in Adn (Edn) Paradise; that is indeed the great success -12- And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love, help from Allah (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad SAW) to the believers -13-) Surah As-Saff

And the saying of Aza wa Gal: (Think not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah as dead. Nay, they are alive, with their Lord, and they have provision -169- They rejoice in what Allah has bestowed upon them of His Bounty, rejoice for the sake of those who have not yet joined them, but are left behind (not yet martyred) that on them no fear shall come, nor shall they grieve -170- They rejoice in a Grace and a Bounty from Allah, and that Allah will not waste the reward of the believers -171-) Surah Aal-e-Imran

It has been narrated in the Hadith: “The best of the Shuhadaa` are those who fight in the frontlines, and do not turn away their faces until they are killed. They will be thrown into the highest rooms of Paradise, and Allah will laugh at them. And when your Lord laughs at a slave in a certain instance, then there is no account for him”.

And in the other Hadith: “In paradise there are 100 levels for the mujahidin who fought for Allah between every level of Jannah is the distance between the sky and the earth”.

And the one peace and blessings be upon him said: “Indeed the souls of the martyrs are in the hearts of green birds, and they have lanterns hanging underneath the 'arsh (the throne of Allah). They roam around in Paradise wherever they wish, then they return to their lanterns. So, their Lord enquires: “Do you desire anything?” They say, “What can we desire for, when we roam around in Paradise wherever we wish?” And He asks them this three times. When they realize that they will not cease to be questioned, they say, “O Lord! We wish that you return our souls to our bodies, in order that we be killed in Your Path again” When it is realized that they have no need, they will be left alone”.

And in the other Hadith the one best peace and blessings be upon him said: “The martyr (shaheed) has seven blessings from Allah: he is forgiven from the moment his blood is first shed; he will be shown his place in Paradise; he will be spared the trial of the grave; and he will be secure on the Day of the Greatest Terror (the Day of Judgment); there will be placed on his head a crown of dignity, one ruby of which is better than this world and all that is in it; he will be married to seventy-two of Al-hoor al-‘iyn; and he will be permitted to intercede for seventy of his relatives”.

And in other Hadith: “The Shaheed does not feel any pain from killing, except as one of you feels the prick of a needle”.

And the one peace and blessings of Allah be upon said: “By Him in whose Hand is my soul, were it not for some men amongst the believers, who disliked to be left behind me, and for whom I cannot provide any means of conveyance, I would certainly never remain behind any unit setting out for a military expedition in the Path of Allah. By Him in whose Hand is my soul, I would love to be killed in the Path of Allah, then be brought back to life again, then killed, then be brought back to life then killed, and then be brought back to life then killed”.

O’ Muslims… your Ummah needs men whom their acts precede their talk and their works precede their words, the Almighty says: (O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? -1- Most hateful it is with Allah that you say that which you do not do -2-) Surah As-Saff

I invite you to accept Islam by saying “Ashadu an La Ilaha Illa Allah, wa Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu Allah” and you will be my brother in Islam and is doesn’t matter what your nationality or your color after you accept Islam if any enemy attacked you I will do what I can even if it cost my life to save you. We want from all Christians and Jews to go out from our Islamic countries and release our brothers from jails and stop killing Muslims or we will kill you as you are killing Muslims. We will continue in our fighting until we get what we want. The real Muslims they mean what they say, very soon all the world will see what we will do, you will not enjoy your life forever.

Allah Akbar and pride is for Allah and Islam.

I ask Allah the Great, the Great Lord of the Throne to give pride to Islam and the Muslims, and humiliate polytheism and the polytheists, and relieve us and the Muslims, and release the captivity of the prisoners, and return the Muslims to Islam in a nice way…

What matters is the proof. Who comes with the proof from the Book and the Sunnah and other sources of legislation like consensus and that in the light of understanding of the Salaf to these texts and Sharia fundamentals, we take his saying.

I mean from my words that it is not just for a man to get a PHD certificate, we take his saying and not ask him for his proof. The previous events showed how many of these figures that we taught good in them and we taught that they were from the people of the goodness, they showed their reality, and their feet slipped, and fell from the eyes of the people, and mercy of Allah be upon who said: “Follow the example of those who died, and follow the example of who is alive, since you cannot guarantee the living from being tempted”…

I have been sad very much, when one of my relatives said to me: that the big thinkers are saying that this act – he meant the blessed Tuesday raids (9/11) – he said that this act cannot be done by the mujahidin, I swear by Allah for that low level of confidence in Allah and His aid. The difference between us and them, I mean who ruled out that the actor are the mujahidin, and said that the issue is complicated and these youth cannot do it...

The difference is that we dealt with Allah and knew Him, and they only dealt with their minds, so they didn’t know thoroughly, and they do not assign to Allah the attributes due to Him. We dealt with Allah when we answered the call for jihad and preparation. We were ordered by Allah Almighty to prepare according our capability, He said:

(And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war) 60 Surah Al -Anfal, and the Almighty ensured the cunning, He said:

(they were plotting and Allah too was plotting, and Allah is the Best of those who plot) 30 Surah Al-Anfal, and He said: (Verily, they are but plotting a plot) 15 Surah At-Tariq

We saw how the wind is from the soldiers of Allah, and how Allah Almighty used the birds to service the mujahid Moslems, and saw many of the soldiers of Allah, and ask the Serb and Croats captives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, if you wish, about the angels which were fighting in the ranks of the mujahidin, this wasn’t said by the mujahidin, but it was said by the Serb captives with the mujahidin, and the Croatian channel transmitted an interview with one of the Croat or Serb, he said: “We used to see men wearing white clothes, and their heights were 3 to 4 meters and they were fighting on horses!!”.

We realized that we have only to spend what we have from the means of power, and the rest is ensured by Allah. our brother Sinan Al-Makki (Khalid Al-Mihdhar, one of the heroes of 9/11) is a man from the men of Islam. He was wanted by the American intelligence but Allah blinded their sights, and managed to enter with his brothers, and it was that victory in their own country, and all praise and gratitude be to Allah.

I say to all Muslims, and especially the defeated among them. Our Ummah has energies and capabilities that only Allah knows about, and no one should think that our six brothers who were in the Kandahar hospital, who refused to surrender themselves, and

the American forces in cooperation with the North Alliance forces to storm the hospital, despite of their severe injuries that they were suffering from which hampered them from withdrawing with the rest of the brothers, no one should think that these are rare currency between the mujahidin, no they are many of their likes, commander Khattab was killed and the one who came after him made the Russian command regret it’s act…

If a master from us died another master stands who says and does what the nobles do

I recommend the youth of Islam, who carries the concern about this religion, I recommend with these matters:

Firstly:

I warn you from people who attribute themselves to the Islamic work when they knew that they don’t have a Sharia proof to justify their act, and that they in most of their matters only take permits, and that they are following permits of the Ulema until that became a method to them...

Secondly:

Don’t limit your minds to certain people, whom you only read their books, and you only receive their analysis and opinions, and that you only read to a group of writers who belong to one school of thought, thus you will make yourself a dough that is formed as the baker wishes, so we get so to speak what I call ideological cloning of the youth, which makes the young man thinks only in a certain way that makes him narrow-minded and babbling with what he doesn’t aware of, and extolling what he doesn’t know, you find him speaking about being narrow-minded and short visioned, when he doesn’t know the meaning of any of it…

Thirdly:

The martyr sheikh Abullah Azzam, we reckon him to be so and we don’t purify anyone before Allah, said: “They think that principles are a game, a distraction or entertainment delivered by a man in an eloquent sermon replete with lovely phrases or written down in a book printed by a publisher and stored in libraries. This has never been the way of the men of Dawah. The Dawah always keeps in mind that all its first generation they do Takbir four times (of Jinazah) on them as predicate martyrs, but rather all the first generation goes as fuel to inform this Dawah”.

Therefore for the sake of my Aqeeda...

These are our martyrs who departed after they informed their Ummah, society and families, they informed them their obligation with blood not with ink...

The principles is more precious than life, and believes are more expensive than our bodies, and values are greater than souls. They departed after they enlighten the path for us after them, and we are continuing on their tracks and won’t let them down, and our brothers after us won’t be intimidate us by prisons, and won’t be terrorized by Cuba (Guantanamo), nor death since it’s our highest wishes. And the caravan moves, it’s beginning is Tawhid, and route is Sharia, and it’s goal is pleasing Allah Almighty and I am pleased to invite you to ,martyrdom for the sake of Allah, to expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula, and releasing our brothers from captivity and saving the oppressed Muslims and arbitration of the Sharia of Allah between the people…

Either we die and we don’t care, since we aren’t agree to live like slaves

Fourthly:

The Daa'iyahs should know that that the prophetic education was only limited to divine approach and in the light of that criticizing people for the sake of the religion of Allah and clarifying their errors is much lesser than furrowing the approach or deviation of the path, since the Lord of pride and majesty didn’t let the event of the prophet’s peace and blessings of Allah be upon him frown in the face of Abdullah bin Umm-Maktum the blind man, may Allah be pleased with him, when he was busy in doing Dawah with the senior figures of Quraish to pass, so He admonished his loved one peace and blessings of Allah be upon him severely and sent down a Surah called Abasa (He Frowned) because keeping the approach right and clear is better than keeping thousands walking on a deviant crooked methodology…

Fifthly:

The Daa'iyahs to Allah should know that the ideological building precedes the legislative building. The Quran remained 13 years explaining La Ilaha Illa Allah and planting the Aqeeda in the hearts because all the religion stands on La Ilaha Illa Allah. Its rulings, legislations and details stands on La Ilaha Illa Allah. Therefore who think toady that when they are calling to the religion of Allah that presenting the economical system and social system or political system will make them love the religion of Allah and enter it, those don’t understand the nature of this religion and don’t realize that the immanence of

the approach that he is using should begin with all the people, not from granulating them in the branches, but rather by planting Aqeeda in the depth of their souls they can apply all the legislations. But granulating them in Salaat by saying that it’s a sport, and Wudu as a purification and cleanness, and women rights as a chastity and maintenance, yes, this is good but this isn’t the correct approach… it’s good for the Muslim to teach the Muslim about the leniency of his religion but after submission, the matter is not to search for a wisdom for every rule and he will give you everyday a suspicion because the origin isn’t fixed properly. This divine approach in education a unique generation , it’s what gave us the likes of Abu Bakr Assiddiq that great man who understood properly the meaning of vices and interests (Al-Masalih wa Al -Mafasid), he stood a stance that Allah protected Islam with it when the people apostate after the death of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, he said: “By Allah, if they refuse me as much as a she-goat which they used to pay to the Messenger of Allah, I will fight them for it”…

Abu Bakr Assiddiq the first man in Islam after the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said, when they tried to convince him to linger in sending the army of Osama may Allah be pleased with him, he said: “By Allah, if the lions entered Medina and dragged the wives of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him from their legs I wouldn’t hesitate or stop it”. This is the one who his Eyman was weighed, the Eyman of Abu Bakr would outweigh, says these words to teach us where the interest is and where is the vice. Where those who drawl with vices and interests when our brothers attacked New York and Washington.

O’ Ulema, O’ heirs of the prophets

It's agreed upon for the Muslims that the Alim has a status in Islam and the Ayat regarding that are many, I really don’t know where to begin with you, I have a long admonition with you, I say, and success if from Allah…

Firstly:

You should know very well that we are explicit and we don’t have anything to hide, our approach is the Quran and the Sunnah, and we are more than willing to accept any criticism or advice that is in the light of the Book and Sunnah.

Secondly:

I want to ask you some questions and some suggestions:

Why O’ Ulema of Islam when you talk about the rulings of fasting or Hajj or other issues of worship, you talk in detail and mention the Hadith with the chain of narrators, and get out extract it from all the books that it was mentioned in but when the Hadith mentions Al -Hakimiya (governance) or the rulings of jihad you only say this is Halal or this is

Haram. Why when you speak with the mujahidin to forget or pretend to have forgotten all the manners of Elim or the manners of disagreement and dialogue, and you speak to us in the harshest words and mock us and accuse us of ignorance and Takfir, and Takfir of the Ulema, that I swear by Allah is a lie and doesn’t have far from the truth. Why when you speak to us in staleness, you speak to our enemies from the Kuffar in politeness and respect, but rather in humbleness, doesn’t Allah says about the characteristics of the people whom He will love and they will love Him are humble towards the believers and stern towards the disbelievers.

O’ Ulema heirs of the prophets we often hear from you your saying that the “flesh of the Ulema is poisonous”, the question that arises what about the flesh of the mujahidin, is it Halal?

What about the flesh of the Ulema of the mujahidin? What do you say about it?

Why do you call the inciting that Allah has enjoined in the saying of the Almighty: (Then fight (O Muhammad SAW) in the Cause of Allah, you are not tasked (held responsible) except for yourself) 84 Surah An-Nisa. And why call that provoking and exciting of the youth and the important question is from the saying of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “Who enters the gates of the rulers will be tempted” and some of the Salaf said: “The worst of the Ulema is the closest to the ruler”.

And Sufyan Al-Thawri said rahimahullah Aza wa Gal: “By Allah, if you see the Alim enters frequently to the ruler, then know that he is a thief”.

But I apologize to you I won’t finish the question!!!

The more important question:

Aren’t you the ones who said that we are the Ummah of the proof? Where are you from the saying of Allah Almighty:

(March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allah) 41 Surah At-Taubah

And where are you from the saying of Allah Almighty:

(And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill¬treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors) 76 Surah An-Nisa

And His saying: (If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people) 39 Surah At-Taubah

And His saying: (O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter?) 38 Surah At-Taubah

But rather where are you from the saying of Allah Almighty: (O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? -2- Most hateful it is with Allah that you say that which you do not do -3-) Surah As-Saff.

If you require the permission of the Wali Al-Amr (rulers) , I say on the grounds that our rulers are our “Wulat Al-Amr” as you claim, that the Sahabah didn’t take permission from the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him but they were consulting him and that is clear in the (Sharia) texts, the Sahabi use to come and write his name in the battle and come to the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and say to him: “I subscribed in so and so Gazwa”, this is for the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, so how those about who there is dispute about their Islam and Kufr and there is no dispute in their treachery to the West and if you were saying something other than that, then mention for us one proof…

Finally, I suggest to you to clarify to the Muslims the essence of the United Nations and explaining the legitimacy of your Wulat Al-Amr joining it and also the Security Council and them joining the war on terror and how legitimate is that. Then I suggest to you if someone of you criticize any act of the mujahidin anywhere, I hope from you only to clarify what did you present in return. For example who criticized the entrance of our brothers the mujahidin to Dagestan, I say to them, why don`t you present to us what did you give the Chechen people or Dagestani people, who are from decades years suffering the pains of murder, captivity and prison…

O’ Ulema know that you are responsible of this knowledge that you make it known to the people and not hide it and remains for you from us respect and appreciation as long as you keep the covenant of the trusteeship of Allah in us, but if you transgressed, no … no … Allah said about the scholars of the Jews who didn’t work with what they know and didn’t keep the covenant of Allah, He said: (The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurât (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practice its laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey which carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them)) 5 Surah Al-Jumua.

And the Almighty said: (And recite (O Muhammad SAW) to them the story of him to whom We gave Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), but he threw them away, so Shaitân (Satan) followed him up, and he became of those who went astray -175- And had We willed, We would surely have elevated him therewith but he clung to the earth and followed his own vain desire. So his parable is the parable of a

dog: if you drive him away, he lolls his tongue out, or if you leave him alone, he (still) lolls his tongue out -176-) Surah Al-Araf

I apologize to the sincere Ulema who lightened for us the way and paved it for us…

And I recommend the men of the intelligence by saying:

A message to the mujahid Imam Osama bin Laden:

I’m pleased to send a message to the mujahid Imam Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, to the one who we loved for the sake of Allah, a love that mixes with the depths of our hearts, to the one who taught us how is Eyman and how is loyalty to the believers and disowning from the Kuffar, and how to be lowly before the believers, mighty against the unbelievers, to the one who taught us how to sacrifice for this religion, to the one who preceded us to what he called us to, I say: may Allah reward you the best reward and I recommend you to be steadfast on what you are and beware of altering or changing or compromising or relenting. I swear by Allah that we used to fight with Sayyaf, Rabbani in one rank, but they altered and changed, so we didn’t hesitate in fighting them a single moment. I don’t say this because I’m ignorant about you but I say it as (And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers) 55 Surah Adh-Dhariyat, and so that people know that we don’t sanctify anyone and don’t claim infallibility in words or actions to anyone.

And I don’t forget Amir Al-Mu'minin Mullah Mohammed Omar, Dr. Aymen Al-Zawahiri, and sheikh Sulaiman Abu Ghaith. I say to them: may Allah reward you the best reward and don’t not pay attention to some fools who attacked your honor and I say:

Many times a noble master was insulted by who doesn’t equal a stitch in his slippers

Since at sea carcasses of the land flout on its surface but the pearls are buried in its depths

Finally I call the Muslims and say to them:

Expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula and say to them release the captive. Everyone who believes in La Ilaha Illa Allah, if you were in the military I call you to kill the Americans not to protect them, don’t hesitate and reckon your reward with Allah.

If you were a pilot, brother you have to try to raid against aircraft carriers in the gulf, or brother onrush and raid against any American colony inside or outside the Peninsula.

If you were from the intelligence, you should cover up for the mujahidin, protect and aid them, and if you were a civilian don’t let the Americans roam o the land of Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and the heirs of prophets are being prosecuted.

If you were from those who aided the Americans or the idols in Afghanistan, fear Allah and repent to Allah and fix what you spoiled from your religion and I say to the Muslims remember the saying of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “A Kaffir and his killer shall never meet in the hellfire”, and the saying of the one peace and

blessings of Allah be upon him: “Be mindful of Allah, and Allah will protect you. Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you. If you ask, ask of Allah; if you seek help, seek help of Allah. Know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, it would benefit you only with something that Allah had already prescribed for you, and if they gather together to harm you with anything, they would harm you only with something Allah had already prescribed for you. Then pens have been lifted and the pages have dried”…
