what do we mean by boutique...? at willow we prefer to limit the number of photography commissions we take

on each year. This allows us to guarantee the quality, creative energy and customer service

we enjoy delivering for each and every client we work with.

Shannon Smith is the lead photographer present for all willow sessions, so the work you have seen on our site,

blog and in person prior to booking are shot by the very same photographer that will cover

your session as well.

frequently askedhow do we go about engaging your services?

once you have spent some time enjoying the images on our website, get in touch and we can arrange a time to meet in person. this gives us a chance to chat about your photography wish list in more detail, get to know

each other better and answer any questions you may have.

in order to secure your session we require a 50% booking deposit.

when is the balance payable?the balance of your package is then due 2 weeks prior to your session for digital packages and on delivery of

the edited files for our willow signature package.

what is your most popular package?most families book our willow signature package as

there are savings of over $600 included and this package is all inclusive.

you will receive a beautiful custom designed willow art book as part of your package.

a gorgeous keepsake displaying your most loved images as beautiful, truly archival art.

how many images will we receive?

each session is a little different, however on average we will supply 70-100 edited files.

how long will it take to receive our images after the session?we will send you a sneak peek of your images within

one week, you can expect all edited images to be ready within 2-3 weeks of your photo shoot.

will I get a say in the design of my fine art book?absolutely. we pre-design your willow fine art book

from a shortlist of your favourite images and send you a virtual proof, you can then notify us of any design or

layout changes you would like prior to printing.
