�YOUTH SUMMER SOCCERThe City of Williams is now accepting ap-plicants for the 2015 Youth Soccer Sum-mer Season. Sign ups will be held the month of April at City Hall from 9am to 5pm. Evening sign ups will be held on April 27, and 30th starting at 6pm to 8pm at Williams City Hall. Open to Boys and Girls ages 5 to 12. A copy of the childs birth cer-tificate is required. Cost is $60 per child.

�COLUSA MAY SURPRISEOn Saturday, May 2, 2015, various or-ganizations from the Colusa community will host a variety of events to celebrate spring. From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, come out to Will S. Green Park, located at 10th

and Parkhill Street, in Colusa for a plant sale, artisan faire, luncheon, wine tast-ing, heritage preservation display and awards. Proceeds will benefit the arts, beautification and community service, and literary programs within Colusa County.

�MAXWELL RODEO CLASSIC CAR SHOW AND PARADE

On Saturday, May 16, 2015 the “Best Little FREE Car Show in The World” will be held at the Maxwell High School starting at 11:00 a.m. The Parade begins at 9:30 a.m. This car show is open to all year model cars and trucks with no entry fee; however, preregis-tration is recommended. In addition to the

Classic Car Show, come enjoy the Maxwell Rodeo and Horse Show starting at 11:00 a.m., the famous chuck wagon lunch at 11:30 a.m. with several other fun activi-ties, contests, food and refreshments. For more information contact Vicki Wilson by e-mailing [email protected]

�MAXWELL RODEO PARADEThe 85th annual Maxwell High School Ro-deo and Parade will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015. This year’s theme is ‘Saddle up, It’s time to Ride Maxwell Rodeo Eighty Five’. Entry forms are located at the Maxwell Chevron, Caldwell’s Mini Mart, the Max-well Post Office and both school locations. A reunion is to be held for the Pierce High School Class of 1965 and 1966 on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Arbuckle Golf Course.Social starts at 5PM and Dinner is served at 6:30PM. Come enjoy a family fun filled weekend during Pioneer Day. On Friday, June 5, 2015 the weekend will begin with the 6th Annual Benefit Golf Tournament at the Arbuckle Golf Club starting at 8:30 a.m. A meatball putting contest will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the tourna-ment begins at 10:00 a.m. For more information on the Golf Tournament please contact the Sacramento Valley Museum at (530) 473-2978. On Sat-urday, June 6, 2015 come meet your classmates at Town Square at 9:30 AM for Pioneer Day! Take a tour of the Sacramento Valley Museum at 1:30 PM and a tour of the Williams High School Campus at 2:30 p.m. Later that evening at 6:00 PM, the Reunion dinner will be held at the Granzella’s Banquet Hall, 457 7th Street in Wil-liams. On Sunday, June 7, 2015, join your classmates for a no-host break-fast in the Granzella’s Sports Lounge starting at 10:00 AM.
