In 2015, the Western Sector achieved 118% of plan with new bookings in excess of $26M and a portfolio of $75M.

As the Executive for the State of Texas Account, my focus was on the development of opportunities and client relations. Emphasizing our strengths within the Public Sector market and using my previous experiences both nationally and within Texas, I was tasked with the development of our sales strategy and execution. Senior National Business Development Manager – State & Local Government

Adobe software and services integrate with enterprise infrastructure, meet IP requirements, and scale cost of service effectively, enabling people and organizations to create engaging experiences.

National Director for State & Local Government Enterprise Program Sales. Matrix business management over nine regional account executives and six sales engineers. Strategic responsibility for national sale strategy of the LiveCycle Solution. Managed our outside consultants, government relation lobbyists and the direct interface to our System Integrators. Exceeded 2010 quota by 125%. Historically, the SLG team focused on direct license opportunities of limited scale. By the end of the 2010 fiscal year the program had emphasis on large, complex enterprise solution engagements. New solution focuses includes Medicaid Information Systems, Child Support Enforcement, Unemployment Insurance Systems, Retirement Systems and National Motor Vehicles. Adobe achieved substantive participatory roles in all of these Program areas working with national system integrators.

Managing Director June 1999 – June 2009

BearingPoint was a global technology services corporation with particular success and emphasis in the Public Service segment. The majority of its Public Services Practices were acquired by Deloitte Consulting in May 2009. In my role as Managing Director, I was responsible for development of sales strategy and execution for a variety of regional and national solutions. I managed our direct relations and negotiated with our Channel and Alliance Partners for the Practice. In particular, I was the National Account Manager for the State of Texas for all ten years. During this period my team increased our win rate percentage from single digits to 88% during my tenure and our average FY gross revenue from 9 million to over 180 million. The Central US team had the highest gross and largest net revenue within the Corporation. I enjoyed extraordinary relationships and reputation with public sector clients in Texas and across the nation, as well as with national systems integrators and software publishers.
