What is Building Commissioning?

Systematic process of proactively verifying that building systems are designed, installed, thoroughly tested and capable of being operated and maintained to perform as intended and as the owner expects and believes.

A properly commissioned building should provide optimized energy efficiency, improved indoor air quality and occupant comfort, as well as a foundation for acceptable operation and maintenance costs.
