Elderberry

Flower: wine, tea

Fruit: Jelly

Leaves:

Folk: treats bacterial/viral infections, lower cholesterol, improves vision, boosts immune system

Red Clover

PMS/hot flashes, breast and womb health, prostate health, lower cholesterol

Wood Sorrel

Leaves: dry and make “lemonaid”, raw in salads, tea

Folk: high in vit c, reduces fever, vasoconstrictor=stop bleeding

DO NOT CONSUME TOO MUCH. Contra: kidney, rheumatoid, gout issues

Echinacea

Milkweed

Milk sap contains a mild poison; wards away insects; Monarchs consume making them poisonous
