Customer Services and Information DesksOur Customer Service Desk is located in Wrekin Square by Waterstone’s, offering help and facilities. Customer Service staff are also located in Shopmobility on Red Oak Car Park.

Toilet facilities and baby changingWinner of the ‘Loo of the Year’ award for ‘Best Baby ChangingFacilities in England’, our unit on Southwater Mall next to DB Robertsis well equipped with a breast-feeding room, FREE toiletries forunder fives and much more to help you care for your baby.

You can also change nappies in our male and female toilets in Wrekin Walkbehind Druckers Cafe, New Row by House of Fraser and in Sherwood Rownext to the GP Practice and Walk in Centre. There are additional toilets inAsda, BHS, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and House of Fraser. There is alsoa ‘changing places’ disabled toilet on Wrekin Walk.

Security ControlThe Centre is manned24 hours a day, everyday of the year, bySecurity ControlOfficers and CCTV.

Boobaloo’sTo enhance your family shopping experience, Boobaloo’s areavailable for use providing an interesting and safe wayfor you and your children to explore the TelfordShopping Centre. These unique themed buggiesare a great and fun way for you to shop withyour children allowing you to roam throughoutthe centre while they play. Shopmobility/Tourist InformationShopmobility is located outside McDonald’sentrance providing manual wheelchairs,or powered scooters and chairs (trainingmay be required.
