PLANNINGAssessment of solar resources along with site survey and feasibility analysis, validationand preliminary planning for project execution. System design through advanced planningand monitoring tools such as MS-Project, S Curve, TOC, & 6-Sigma.

DETAILED ENGINEERINGUtilizing advanced design tools like STAAD, PVSyst, etc. and finalizing designs anddrawings across civil, mechanical, and electrical parameters, followed by an adherenceto master deliverable list.


PROCUREMENT & DELIVERYInteracting with vendors for component benchmarking as per IS/IEC codes andstandards. Regular follow-ups with vendors ensuring timely delivery, followed byinspection of materials prior to dispatch.

CONSTRUCTIONValidation of the final design according to the installation plan, adherence to theexecution schedule, while monitoring the installation process followed by commissioningand trial run. Deployment of skilled staff at the site while ensuring adherence to thepre-commissioning and commissioning checklists.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCEAnalysis of all performance parameters, system failure & taking corrective actionsto prevent re-occurrence, generation forecasting and monitoring through the CentralMonitoring System.
