Entrepreneurship is almost mainstream.

Many students consider it as a first career option.

Lot of eco system development done in last few years and systematic support exists.

Careers in IT/MNC are also stalling and do not cater to creative needs.

Creative pursuits

Quest for Meaning

Hate the job

Glory

No other Option

However..

The information out there is not always authentic.

Media din is either outlier driven or investor funded.

It’s a “hindsight is 20-20 syndrome”

Many irrelevant thumb rules.

Harsh realities

99 out of 100 startups wont exist beyond 1st year.

Majority of the Indian failures have been due to co-founder issues.

Even the successful ones, the founder is often the one that is a minority shareholder.
