Why people should stop using palm oil

You might cook with it you might not, but you most defiantly eat or use palm oil. Should people stop using

palm oil? I think they should find out why.

I think that people should stop using palm oil because the use of palm oil is destroying orangatanges habitats, and it’s not only the orangatanges habit it’s the habitat

of the tigers, elephants and rhinos that they are destroying, imagine all the poor animals that don’t have

a home it’s upsetting to think we are leaving animals without a home.

Palm oil grows in tropical rainforests, and the habitat that the palm oil grows in is rapidly decreasing. Palm oil comes from palm trees which grow in the north or south

equator. So what exactly is palm oil? Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil.

Did you know that lipstick uses palm oil so that the colour doesn’t fade and so that it doesn’t melt in hot

temperatures and has a smooth application an virtually no taste. Palm oil is also used in chocolate so it gets

that shiny and smooth appearance.

Im think we should give up on palm oil completely because there are different types of oils we could use

which aren’t destroying animal’s habitats. So after reading this what do you think about using palm oils?
