Why Do I Need a List of REO Companies?

Who's Got These REO Lists?The loan's and the home's all run through the bank's. The bank's are in the business of collecting money on loan's. They aren't usually in business to worry about the REO List's that are currently building up right in front of there face's. Even though REO list's are a normal part of a banker's day to day business, these day's they are taking there own department. When thing's are going on in a normal fashion, those who have built good relationship's with the bank's are usually in good shape with the REO Lists. They have no problem keeping the balance between banker's and real estate agents. Those who have been dealing with foreclosures for and REO List's for sometime know how important it is to have the better list's. And they know that there can be a huge difference between one list to the next.

But know thing's are a little unbalanced. And this can let more and more agents through the door. People that wouldn't normally get there hands on the premier REO List's, now have the best opportunity they will ever have to capitalize on this situation. The thing is, is that we have to do more than just hope we get lucky. And usually just asking every banker we run across for better reo list probably isn't our best strategy.

So maybe we should seek some guidance from those that have made REO Lists and foreclosure's there life.
