Sponge

Electrician’s Tape

Materials Required:

Headlight Restoring Kit

Newspapers

Water

Step1: Mask repair area

Mask off the area around the

headlight to avoid any scratch

or damage of the paint.

Step2: Clean the lens surface

Clean the lens surface for removing

dusts.

Let the surface to dry and clean again.

Step3: Sand headlight lens

Sand the surface of the lens

by using sand paper and must

keep the surface wet while doing this.

Step4: Polish the lens

Polish the lens surface to remove

the last bit of haze.

Step5: Clear coat Headlight lens

Apply multiple light coats of the UV

clearcoat from a distance of around

10 inches.

Keep applying layers until the lens

is clear.
