As an Officer and/or Board Member its your responsibility to:

• Ensure your Regional Club is compliant with the APHA By-Laws.

• List of Officers/Board members turned in by January 1st.

• If your Regional Club’s election has not taken place by January 1st, you

must submit your current officers and the date of your election.

• Submit a current list of Club Members and your previous years Financial

Statement by May 15th.
