Contract Hire

Monthly payment can be offset against taxable profits therefore reducing the tax a business pays

Classified as off balance sheet funding which provides accounting benefits

If VAT registered, business can reclaim 100% of the VAT if used exclusively for business or 50% of the Finance element VAT if used privately.

Because the vehicle is classified as an asset, the depreciation of the car can be written off against taxable profits

If ownership is priority, HP is an extremely cost effective method of borrowing

In some instances businesses may be able to claim tax relief on the interest charged across the period of the hire purchase contract

Coca Cola Bottlers Ireland- 350 vehicles.

Over 16 years of business with Coca Cola demonstrating strength of relationship and high level of trust

Coca Cola needed a Fleet Company to provide finance in both NI and ROI for all vehicles. Traction were the only company to tailor a solution to meet their needs

We work closely with the Coca Cola team advising on all aspects of running their Fleet in the most cost effective manner

We installed Tracker systems which we feel will make a massive saving to the accident rate and fuel consumption

We advise and keep them abreast of developments within the car industry as there are going to be significant changes in the next 5/10 years

Traction won the Coca Cola contract through customer care, listening to our customers needs and finding solutions- the core of our business

It is amazing what your company has helped us achieve in terms of cost savings and efficiencies. Thank you so much for your ongoing support

Case Study 2-An All Ireland Service

http://www.todayfm.com/content/005/images/000006/9149_54_pages_05_4542_588x448.jpgWhat the client asked: Our client needed economical vans that were reliable, fuel efficient, mobile in an urban environment and come with first class servicing and backup support. They also required specific health and safety to satisfy union regulations. What we delivered: By listening to Farrans needs, we found a solution.

We removed all the stress that comes with the difficult transitional process

Arranged delivery and registration of the fleet including tracking device for all vans.

Ensured fuel usage could be monitored and each vehicle could be located at all times.

Included safety features in all vans, such as reversing cameras, ensuring every vehicle was compliant.

Arranged training sessions to ensure client was confident about the processes we put in place and both organisations are using these solutions to full advantage in their combined activities.

We have one clear goal to get your company mobile and agile in the most efficient way possible. Our personnel is the key element to our company, and by investing in our team and work methods, we can make a real contribution to the smooth running of your organisation.

We are proud to be the trusted supplier of
Tayto Groups Electric vehicles.

Tayto Group wanted to reduce their carbon footprint in line with their corporate responsibilities.

January 2014 -Tayto began to reduce their overall group Co2 with adding 3 Electric vehicles to their fleet

Vehicles are used on a daily basis and normally cover up to 100 miles per day

They opted for the fully Electric vehicles option which benefited from an ultra-low Co2

They took advantage of the government eCar grant (OLEV grant) and had charging points installed at their premises in Tandragee as well as employees properties

Tayto Group believe the use of electric vehicles within the business has played a vital role in controlling vehicle expenditure

Tayto set challenging targets to reduce their fuel spend by 25% in 2014 and they have exceeded their target- reducing their fuel charges drastically

We choose to partner with Traction Finance as they like Tayto had a clear strategy on how they believe the use of Electric vehicles offer a viable solution at controlling costs and reducing carbon footprint.

We have built strong relationships with our customers throughout the years. We are confident that it is our high standard of customer service, our varied selection of services available, but most importantly our customer loyalty comes from our unique and strong brand values that we exude throughout our business and within our close knitted team. We pride ourselves on being a business that consistently acts with integrity, we take a fair and personal approach, we are humble, experienced experts in our field and we are honest, reliable and trustworthy. These core values of our business reflect our customers opinion of us.

http://www.insurancequotes.com/Media/Default/BlogPost/Import/auto-insurance-car-colors.jpgWe appreciate our customers very much, we know that they are the backbone to our business and without them, Traction Finance would not exist. Our customers are what keeps us mobile.

I was very impressed with the level of service received by the folks at Traction. Not only did they do everything they promised in less time than originally estimated, Traction made Hanley Automation aware of the benefits of how easy it could be to lease vehicles across our business North & South, taking the pain out of our vehicle procuring process. Their service was well above and beyond what the group had expected.

Kenneth Beeton

In our last 6 years of doing business with Traction, at all times we were given excellent advice on the process and most importantly, their attitude to customer care is a credit to them and the business as a whole. We have received an amazing level of service and we would highly recommend any individual fleet manager to use Traction.

Having dealt with the Traction team for a few years now, we have no hesitation in recommending them. Their pricing structure is transparent and very competitive, and the level of after service offered has always been to the highest standard.

I was impressed with the high service received. For the first time, we felt like we were dealing with a car leasing company that wanted us to get the right vehicles to suit our operations and it worked out cheaper than expected! From the first meeting we knew we had chosen the right people to look after our fleet. Professional, courteous and above all they listened to what we were saying. I felt they were working in our best interests, not just trying to sell us the deal of the moment.

John Spottiswood

Traction were extremely professional in sourcing my choice of car. They also took away the hassle of trying to sell my old car by trading it in. They provided an excellent level of customer service and were always responsive to any queries.
