Synergy Mat is the innovative response

harmonious training, rehabilitationand re-education of the body.

What is innovative about Synergy

Mat is, on the one hand, leading-edge

technological research, and on the other

the rediscovery of a practice now lost but

as old as mankind, i.e. barefoot training.

Through the feet, Synergy Mat pleasantly

and naturally stimulates the activity of

nerve receptors (proprioceptors) located

in muscles, tendons and joints, which

help us to perceive the position of our

body in space.

Proprioceptive sensibility is a

sophisticated mechanism designed

to provide the Central Nervous System,in real time, with extremely precise

information on different parameters:

biomechanical movement (speed,

strength, direction, acceleration)

physiological state and biological

changes that occur in the muscles,

tendons and joints as a consequence

MATERIALS

The Synergy Mat Set is a set of

surfaces made of different materials

(polyethylene, polyurethane, viscoelastic

and shape-memory materials),

internationally developed and patented,

designed specifically for the training,

rehabilitation and re-education of

the muscles and ligaments through

stimulation of the bare feet without

putting any load on the joints.

These materials allow the Synergy Mat to:

stimulate the mechanoceptors located

on the soles of the feet

avoid mechanical shock and overload

of the osteoarticular system

promote energy expenditure

to a rigid surface).

uneven rocky surface. Stimulates
