WHS Band Teacher Joins Taps Across America

WHS Band Teacher and Army Veteran Mike Hood joined more than 1,000 people nationwide who sounded Taps at exactly 3 PM for Memorial Day, May 25th. Blue Bell Students Say Goodbye to the Bell

COVID-19 can't stop the tradition of Blue Bell 5th graders taking a photo next to their school’s familiar blue bell as part of their promotion to middle school. After all, they passed that blue bell for 6 years heading into school each day!

LGE’s Walk Down Memory Lane

As 5th graders prepare to be promoted to middle school, seniors prepare to graduate, and other students wrap up another successful school year, Lower Gwynedd staff put together this great video sharing what they looked like on their graduation day. SHADY GROVE: SGE HSA wanted to make sure that teachers remembered how much our families appreciate them. During the district-wide classroom cleanup where teachers gathered and packed student belongings for pick-up, the HSA shared their love via signs and chalk art.

STONY CREEK: You know the expression “all dressed up with no place to go?” Well, quarantine didn’t stop Stony Creek students from dressing up in their finest and funnest during Wednesday Dress Up Day - a school spirit activity.

Beginning on May 28th through June 5th, our Class of 2020 graduates’ names will be displayed on the electronic sign at the corner of Houston and Dager Roads. The names will run on a constant 24-hour loop. Each screen will “freeze” for ten minutes, allowing for a photo op for our students and families! VIEW THE SCHEDULE

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: On June 4th, Wiss Nation is invited to the Class of 2020 Car Parade beginning at 12 pm at WHS. VIEW PARADE DETAILS
