LARRY CAIN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPAutumn MillerAutumn Miller is preparing herself to not only be an outstanding physical educator but also a leader in our profession. Receiving this scholarship and attending the 2017 WHPE Convention is one example of her dedication to learning and growing as a person and physical educator. Autumn has been a WHPE member since 2015 and has balanced being an outstanding student in the classroom while being

an All-American Track and Field athlete. Autumns leadership abilities have been demonstrated as she was elected to the Public Relations position of the UWL Physical Education Majors Club during the 2016-2017 school year and was elected as the Vice President for the 2017-2018 school year. Mr. Mueller has been a member of our WASB presentation Team for several years and last year he stepped up his level of participation by coordinating with his administration to bring his student

demonstrators to the WASB event on very short notice when another WHPE member was unable to do so. Because of his efforts, WHPE was able to maintain its high quality role at the WASB event. We recognize Tim for his efforts and thank him for his participation in WHPEs major Advocacy event with this award.

Mary PaluchniakMary, like her colleague Ken who was recognized earlier, is in the role of Hospital Administration as St. Nicks HSHS Community Outreach in Sheboygan.
