ilitary Services, USA (AM
S), need financial support from the
Catholic comm
unity?Unlike a traditional diocese, the AM
S has no geographical boundaries, no parishes or parish registries, and receives no financial support from
the U.S. Military or the U.S. Governm
ent. The AMS relies solely
on private donations for an operating budget of more than $8.2
million.
The generosity of parishioners in your diocese will em
power the
ministries of the AM
S to spread the light of Christ to service mem
bers, veterans, and their fam
ilies, who hail from
all 50 states and U.S. territories, and all U.S. dioceses:
• Catholics serving in any of the five branches of the U.S. Military

country and religious freedom.
