The Land is part of Jaipur Greens project being developed by Emaar MGF Land Ltd. 3. That recommendation for issuing Pattas to purchaser(s) of the developed plots / project under change of land use and in that case the owner will recommend Jaipur Development Authority to issue Patta in favour of proposed owners/ buyers in the project. 4. That there is no impediment for creating the mortgage of the land referred above. 5. That the title deed in favour of M/s V.P.G. Developers Private Limited (subsidiary company of Emaar MGF Land Ltd) is clear and marketable and fit for accepting the same as security by way of mortgage.
