Letters for september CHEMTRAILSOn your cover story about the dangers of Chemtrails, when Michael Murphy is asked: “Po-litically, what can the average person do?” His answer is “awareness is the key…” But is that enough? While he describes what he is doing, he doesn’t really tell us how to begin at the grassroots level. There must be Chemtrail organizations that people can join. Simply being aware of the issue just isn’t going to cut it.

GMOs Linda Harmon does a nice job explaining the dangers of GMOs, however, she makes no men-tion of the huge downside of Passing Prop 37. If every product has to be labeled -- from to-matoes to peanut butter sandwiches, the cost will be enormous. Food manufacturers and growers will have to comply by adding a whole new bureaucracy to their operations, which means adding lawyers and researchers to their staffs. Mom and Pop food entrepreneurs won’t be spared either. Also, GMO regulations require yet another a new government agen-cy to monitor compliance. This means even higher taxes at a time nobody can afford it.

Harmon’s article says that Prop 37’s passage, “would allow consumers to vote with their pocketbook every time they went to the market.” Consumers are already doing this! Every-body has the opportunity shop at organic and labeled grocery stores, but the majority choos-es not to, primarily because of the higher cost.

So who is going to bear the brunt of Prop 37’s higher costs? The poor, as usual, as everyone’s food budget will be cut. Do we really want more people to go hungry? Shouldn’t they have a choice as well?

ally was an only child, born to her namesake, Sally and Frederic Kirkland in New York City. Her family life was highly creative,

free-spirited, but also quite conventional. Her father insisted upon a rigorous religious upbringing including private church schools.

The Kirklands were New York high soci-ety and Sally had the finest schooling and manners. As a teenage debutante she learned the ways of the upper echelon during the 1950s. Sally’s parents were confident, outgoing and successful peo-ple although she remained shy. That was unusual given that Sally senior was not your typical mother. She was brilliant, career-oriented and driven in the glamor-ous heyday of fashion and publishing. She was the assistant editor of Vogue maga-zine from 1939 to 1945 and promoted to fashion editor in 1946. Her close friends were hardly PTA mothers, and included

Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Andy Warhol, and Picasso. The younger Sally gained her style and flair through a state of osmosis, exposed to the highest of aesthetics, sensibilities and artistic expres-sion of the day. To overcome her shyness, Sally’s mother suggested she step into the limelight and in front of the camera, and shed her timid demeanor.

In 1947, Sally’s mother moved to LIFE Magazine, the most influential publica-tion of the era. At LIFE she was the first editor to hire an African American, the famed and gifted filmmaker and photog-rapher, Gordon Parks. For the times, Sal-ly’s family was progressive and forward thinking. Or so she thought.

The most meaningful relationship in Sal-ly’s young life was a loving nanny that she thoroughly adored. “I had a black nurse, Louise, who wore a turban for Allah, sang Gospel in the choir, and practiced Juda-

ism. Everything I learned about God, I learned from Louise,” Sally reminisces. Louise was a larger than life character teeming with life, an open heart and pro-viding much love for the young Sally. Un-fortunately, though Louise was a trusted employee of the Kirkland family, Sally’s father fired her in times of segregation. Both Sally and her mother were heartbro-ken. “When this happened, it was horri-fying to me. I loved Louise more than anyone. That was the confusion in my young life. How could God allow this? And how could my father, who was responsible for my religious schooling, do that?”

This sad incident had Sally questioning God, which ultimately propelled her to live a life she could be passionate about. She wanted the world to be more inclu-sive, equitable and loving, just like her be-loved Louise. By the time Sally was in her early 20s, she marched for women’s rights,

Not wanting to be typecast as just a blonde bombshell, she reinvented her-self both physically and spiritually during her decades in the Hollywood spotlight. Throughout her fifty-year acting career as an outspoken and charismatic award-winning actress, she transformed herself into a mature spiritual teacher, effortlessly expounding love and compassion.

for race equality with Martin Luther King, and became a very outspoken critic of the Vietnam war. For Sally, los-ing her nanny was a turning point for both her outward and inner journey -- the start of a deeper spiritual connec-tion and the catalyst for her lifelong devotion to political activism.

While still a high school student living at home, Sally gravitated towards the arts, a most likely avocation given her mother’s profession and the constant socializing with the top artists, actors and writers of the day. Hobnobbing with these super successful people, it was easy for Sally to imagine a success-ful career in the arts. She showed an early aptitude for painting, as well as a developing interest in acting. But Sally felt that her passion for the dramatic arts had to be hidden. “It was unheard of for me to be an actor in the Kirkland family. So I told them I would go to art school,” says Sally. She enrolled in the Art Students League, while sneaking off to classes at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She also studied with the acclaimed acting teacher, Uta Hagen. When this passion for acting became apparent, Sally’s mother was supportive but could not let Sally’s fa-ther know that his daughter would be giving up college to pursue professional acting.

While Sally was still in school, her God-mother, mentor and close friend was the Oscar winning actress Shelley Winters who introduced her to the famous Strasberg’s Actors Studio. Although Lee Strasberg admitted the most prom-ising actors, Sally was soon accepted as the youngest student in the studio. She studied with peers such as Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Dustin Hoffman.

Quickly discovered by David O. Sel-znick, who brought her to Director Francois Truffaut, Sally’s career was taking off. Her very first acting role was the film, The 13 Most Beautiful Women, directed by Andy Warhol. During the 70’s she continued to get bigger parts and was handpicked by Robert Redford to play his girlfriend in the critically acclaimed and box-office success, The Sting. During her time in Hollywood, Sally has been cast in many high profile pictures, and been fortunate to work with some of the most talented direc-tors and actors in the business. Besides numerous TV appearences in such shows as Roseanne, Criminal Minds, and Felicity, she has starred in over 130 films which include The Way We Were, JFK, Ed TV, and Bruce Almighty.

With Hollywood success came pressure to keep up her looks and so like many actresses, Sally decided to have breast implants. For Sally, the implants were icing on the cake. She was beautiful be-fore, but the new breasts made her a bona fide sex symbol. Now, with her long blonde mane, her enhanced figure, and her easy going sexy style, Sally had come a long way from the painfully shy little girl she was as a child. She became one of the most sought after stars in Hollywood. It was at this time, Sally first began having severe health prob-lems. She was perplexed by what was causing her health to deterioate, but little by little, she realized that the breast implants were leaking and poisoning her body. Due to her burgeoning acting career, it was a hard choice for her to ini-tially make, but finally Sally concluded that she had to have the implants re-moved. “They were killing me. I was in crippling pain,” says Sally. In typical Sally fashion, she then went on to be an

advocate against breast implants so she could spare others from poisoning their bodies. Gladly the implant removal had no detrimental consequences on Sally get-ting roles. Instead, her acting continued to blossom, and she continued to steadily win meaningful parts.

Even with a successful Hollywood ca-reer, Sally never abandoned her desire for a deeper connection to God. She began seeking out spiritual masters to assist her soul growth. And one day, she found just that person. While taking a walk, Sally took notice of the front page of newspa-per. It was an article about John Roger, the founder of The Movement of Spiri-tual Inner Awareness (MSIA). At once, Sally sought out John Roger. I said, “Who is this man? I need to learn from him. I knew immediately that he was the one to help me on my journey.” Ironically, years earlier, John Roger himself knew their paths would cross. He had seen Sally in the Academy Award winning movie, The Sting and immediately had a premonition that she would become an integral part of his organization. When Sally appeared in John Roger’s classes, other MSIA mem-bers would remark, “You’re the woman he spoke to us about. You’re the one he knew was coming.”

Sally steadily and diligently studied at MSIA and was ordained a Minister of Light by John Roger in 1976. In 1988 Sally received her soul initiation and soon after was nominated for an Acade-my Award for Best Actress for her lead role in the acclaimed movie Anna. She ultimately lost out to Cher in Moosn-truck, but took home the best actress award from the Golden Globes, The In-dependent Spirit Award and the Los An-geles Film Critics Association. When asked, “When do you think you became a whole person?” Sally had a quick re-

sponse. “It was at that time in 1988, as everything came together. My outer life and inner life were thriving. I took my mother to the Oscars that year and she was so very proud of me. It was quite lovely.” Sally’s mother passed away a few months later, and Sally credits being able to say goodbye to her mother in a very deep way due to her life long path estab-lishing a connection with God and her work with MSIA.

Today Sally Kirkland remains that whole person. Now 70, she constantly works and remains one of the most respected actresses in the industry. She believes her spiritual work assists her acting. She says that all her inner work makes it possible to get into a character and understand different female roles with more sensitiv-ity. Sally is also a revered acting teacher. She has been coaching actors for 35 years and continues to be an avid painter, with her work exhibited in galleries and art festivals in New York and Los Angeles. Sally is also a political advocate for gay rights, and has been a caretaker for can-cer, heart and AIDS patients.

Sally Kirkland lives an extraordinary life. Her ability to integrate all aspects of her existence, physical, emotional and her spiritual awareness into her acting, as well as her social and political advocacy, con-tinue to make her a role model for young-er Hollywood. Sally’s dream for the planet and especially this year’s upcoming elec-tion is, “I hope the candidates place love and compassion above all else.” Spoken truly like a whole person.

Law of Attraction OR Distraction?

ow could two spiritually-based philosophies be so radically opposed? The

answer is simple. They’re each talk-ing about a different world. We live in two worlds simultaneously, one of spirit and one of ego. (When I say ego, I don’t mean it in terms of us focusing on our looks or making ourselves more important than we are, the ego is simply our human identity in the physical world; our body, our gender, our name, race, be-liefs, experiences, etc.) As we pursue our spiritual paths, we make deci-

sions guiding us towards either building our ego or our God-iden-tity while alternating between the two as both are necessary for sur-vival on Earth. While Abraham-Hicks, the people who originally spread the idea of The Law of At-traction on a popular scale, confi-dently state, “The Law of Attraction is the most powerful Law of the Universe.” A key question is then who’s doing the attracting, your ego or your spirit? Noting this conun-drum, the Bible puts it rather succinct-ly, “You cannot serve two masters.”

I was a devoted follower of The Law of Attraction for a long time. It changed my world - because it works. If you can tune your vibration to-wards something that you want, you can attract it into your life. But after listening to dozens of recordings, at-tending two live seminars and twice having the opportunity to speak to the channeled Abraham beings my-self, it is evident that 75% or so of the participants are interested in ful-filling three primary desires; a lov-

ing relationship, good health (that was mine) and having enough money to do or buy whatever we want. These are the basic things people in the western world want to make them-selves happy in our egoic world. But do these things truly bring happiness? Aren’t they, as A Course in Miracles says, really yearnings for the things we only think will complete us - meaning that life and God are not ad-equate the way they are? What hap-pens to the concepts of living in the moment and accepting things the way they are right now? Byron Katie calls this making friends with what is.

Whom we love, how much money or things we possess and having the per-fect career all serve to build and strengthen our ego - which is fine if that’s all we truly seek. But our spiritual being yearns only for one thing -- con-nection to God -- which we often call enlightenment, a state that is ever more fulfilling and joyful. In addition, many spiritual teachers tell us that the joy of enlightenment lasts forever, beyond our limited physical life.

The next most obvious question is; Can’t we have both? We can, as they’re not always mutually exclusive, but sometimes, and I believe most of the time, they are. For example, we might tune our vibration to attracting the perfect love relationship, but if we also want connection and guidance from God, that perfect relationship might fall apart soon after it starts. Why? Because when we ask for God’s love and guidance, it might include a lesson that what we ultimately want doesn’t come from this relationship. As it is often said, true fulfillment comes from “Letting go and letting God.” Also consider that we might attract the per-fect love relationship and want it to last forever, but what if that conflicts with our mate’s desires? What if after a year into the perfect relationship, our mate decides they want to move on by either leaving us -- or even this world? This is a question that Abraham-Hicks an-swers by saying that universal energy is

like a big, complex computer that can put in all these apparently opposite de-sires into perfect resolution, to which my satirical side says, OK… maybe.

All this being said, I still recommend people explore Law of Attraction books, recordings and groups if they feel drawn to them, as the practice can provide valuable lessons in discovering what you ultimately want. And once you get what you want, or even just see that it’s possible, you might decide to move on from nourishing your ego identity to nourishing your relation-ship with God. And yes - we can tune your vibration to that as well.

Is it reasonable to discover our enlight-enment if we ask for everything posi-tive and then expect it? If so, where does the enlightenment fit in? En-lightenment isn’t shaping earthly forc-es to provide what we want. Rather, it’s the strength and insight to realize that the real world is the spiritual one,

not the one that says that cars, rela-tionships and health will bring us happiness. What if our aspiring hap-piness includes things like living in a world without hunger, without inno-cent people being slaughtered on a daily basis? Is it possible to tune our personal vibration to end those things? possibly ever learn?uite simply, because the entirety of your life experience is influ-enced by it. While ev-ery one of us has

a unique experience of the world, we all have one thing in common, our ex-perience of our world is filtered through our emotions. Yet many people have not stopped for a moment and asked themselves exactly what the signifi-cance of their emotions is!

Think about it. Were you ever formally taught about your emotions? How they work? What they mean? How they cy-cle? Many people spend their entire lives seeking pleasurable emotions and avoiding the painful ones.

Your T-Spot refers to your Transformation Spot...What is meant by transformation? So many terms have attempted to describe it. For the purpose of this article, we define the T-Spot as the point of thought, where one is able to tran-scend a current, core emotional cy-cle. We will get back to transforma-

tion, but first let’s discuss a little bit more about emotional cycles to help us connect the dots.

Human beings experience thousands of emotions, which can be grouped into two categories: positive (plea-surable) and negative (disturbing).

Negative EmotionsThe death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, financial disaster…all of these life challenges might bring up emotions such as fear, rejection or de-pression. For the purpose of our dis-cussion, we will label these as negative or disturbing emotions.

These emotions can become repeating experiences in our lives for months, years or even decades. In fact, these emotions will repeat until we con-sciously balance our perceptions of the actual experiences that caused them in the first place.

Your T-Spot is reached upon balancing your perceptions of positive and nega-tive around the event that caused your emotions to spiral in the first place.

Positive EmotionsRemember a time when you were really excited about being married, or ex-tremely elated about getting a new job? Do you think the elation associated with being married often follows with

a “bad marriage” or even a divorce? La-dies, do you wish you had known about a few of his “bad habits” when you first met that man?

Have you spent years disappointed with a marriage that you were once excited about? Have you ever left a relationship, only to enter into a new relationship and experience the SAME challenges? This occurs because of an addiction to and an attraction for certain traits that you perceive as positive.

For instance, you might perceive intel-ligence and sex appeal as a positive emo-tional experience for which you have an attraction. You will soon discover that there are also equal amounts of disad-vantages to sex appeal and intelligence. At this point of experiencing an equal amount of advantages and disadvantag-es, you experience your T-Spot.

Why do I want to experience my T-Spot?The reason is quite simple. You have the personal freedom to choose and re-main in the same repeating emotional cycle, or transcend it. By knowing the three steps to finding your T-Spot, you can break though any emotional pat-tern. In your T-Spot you experience grace and appreciation. You transcend the illusion of positive and negative. You transcend your limited REALITY to experience what was once a hidden ACTUALITY.

1) Step one: Gaining ClarityDefine the emotion that you are experiencing. Is this experience Positive or Negative?Try to chunk your experience down into specific words.For example, I feel betrayed, I am angry, I am depressed.

I feel excited, I feel amazing.

2) Step two: Balancing your PerceptionsIf your emotions were NEGATIVE:

(For these questions, think of your answers in terms of all of these 7 areas: Physically, Men-tally, Spiritually, Financially, Vocationally, Family or Socially)

What are some of the advantages of having this emotion?How has the experience of this emotion served you? How has it served other people? Did you gain wisdom? Did you become closer to another person?Did you spend time alone? What have you gained as a result of this experience?

If your emotions were POSITIVE: What are some of the disadvantages of having this emotion?

How did having this experience nega-tively impact yourself or others?

What did you miss out on as a result of this experience?

3) Step three: Taking OwnershipCarl Jung once stated, “Anything that irritates us in others can lead us to a greater understanding of ourselves.”

You have every trait/emotion/quality both INSIDE of you and OUTSIDE of you equally. We all exhibit each quality according to our unique value system. We will both express and re-press these traits.

For instance, if you value finances, you will exhibit emotions when your finances are affected. By the same to-ken, if you value family you will ex-hibit emotions when your family is af-fected. By honoring where you have these qualities instead of disowning

them, you become empowered. Instead of rejecting, projecting, or seeking, you become liberated in honoring more of your being.

Clearly identify where you possess the positive emotions and the negative emotions.

Where do you remember yourself as having this emotion?

Who has seen you having this emo-tion?

After you completely balance your cur-rent emotions and you personally own where you possess inside yourself both positive and negative equally, you will reach your T-Spot. Upon reaching your T-Spot, you can experience a deep breath, a tearing of the eye, and a feel-ing of clarity.

The three steps to finding your T-Spot will help you develop what I call

“equilibrated,” or balanced, thinking. The experience of your emotions is based upon imbalanced perceptions, and in turn imbalanced thinking.

So what happens after I reach my T-Spot?

Life is a series of emotional cycles. There’s an infinite universe for us to explore. As we attract new people, plac-es, and circumstances into our lives, we will have a new set of emotional experi-ences. In fact, our entire lives are the revolution of emotional cycles and the evolution from them.

Now that you are armed with the three-step process on how to find your T-Spot, you can spend more time evolv-ing and less time “revolving.”

offers hungry spiritual viewers a feast of words and images upon which we can digest, and when the film finally arrives at its main point, we are prepped and ready to own it. Some of the funniest moments in the film come when Perlin interviews people on the street, asking them if they are okay with being God. Predictably, they are not ready for that responsibility. The film also hammers home the message that once we take responsibility for the fact that we are creating our own personal suffering by inflicting pain upon others and our environment (from which we are not separate), we can truly have the peace and joy that we all desire. The movie also has the potential to con-vince people that we are not simply bod-ies, and bodies are only a reflection of what we want to see. In truth we are lim-itless. This concept is one that may per-turb the mind of one who has yet to taste the divine, but those who are ready, will enjoy it immensely.Perlin and his producer Maura Hoffman, plan to tour the film across the U.S. this fall and then in London this December. The film is also available on DVD and streaming through their website. An am-bitious effort like this, which took four years to produce, is not as easy to make as it looks, as the film has dozens of authors interviewed, many locations, and many minutes of graphics and effects which are time-consuming to create. If you have the financial means, I recommend funding filmmakers like Perlin to make more projects with these messages.As for my skepticism as to the mass ap-peal of this film and its polarizing nature, I’ve realized people are more prepared than I previously thought. As the Course in Miracles says, “A good teacher must believe in the ideas he teaches, but he must meet another condition; he must believe in the students to whom he offers the ideas.” Michael Perlin truly believes in us and trusts us with his message: We are God.Seekers (and finders) of truth will be well pleased with this offering from Starseed Entertainment, while the majority of us movie lovers are still looking for that seminal film that will merge art and en-lightenment.

- The Bhagavad Gitahen I was invited to view Michael Perlin’s well-crafted documentary film, which asks the audience to chant

en masse, the magical 3-word mantra, “I am God,” I admit, I was skeptical for two reasons. First, because I believed the film would be very polarizing and threaten-ing to religious conservatives, and sec-ond, as a follower of “A Course in Mira-cles,” I have been very comfortable believing I was a child of God in whom God is well pleased, but to say I am actu-ally God himself, well, wasn’t that blas-phemous? As it turns out, the only blas-phemy here is to sell ourselves short of the infinite power we possess.

In 3 Magic Words, different people are asked, “Who am I?” and through inter-views with authors, vignettes of a gor-geous young truth-seeker (Gabriella Ethereal), and visual art and motion graphics, we begin to piece together a feeling-realization that we are the one life, the one truth, the one way, and only within our own minds can we solve the mystery of existence. The film is imperfect: it suffers from a lack of technical prowess at certain points; the dramatic sequences with Ms. Ethereal pull us out of the film’s narra-tive (mainly because she is a bit too sexy for the subject matter); and occasional speeches from the film’s host (Cameron Smith) are static, dry, and without any vi-sual cutaways, which led this viewer to become impatient. Overall, however, the message is not damaged by these shortcomings. The dozens of interviews never seemed overwhelming and broken into bite-sized chunks. The humorous quips of author Gary Renard bring a much-needed levity to the film, as most of the speakers are

more serious in tone. Riz Story’s vibrant musical score adds enchantment and mystery as the film builds to its central message. The visual palette is often rich, and the authors, such as Kute Blackson and Neale Donald Walsch, appear as specters, floating beings, in tropical land-scapes. This device works well, and keeps us in a contemplative mood, pre-paring us to know that we are God. All in all, the film, at a running time of 71 minutes, does keep us engaged, and

The Second Chakra

Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “turning.” These “chakras” are energy vortices that can be found supporting the human physical vessel. It has been my personal understanding from working with these vortices, and the teachings from spirit, that these en-ergy centers support physical life from the non-physical or spiritual realms into the physical. These vortices when off balance, or not metabolizing fully, can create distortions in our reality. When a Chakra has been out of balance for some time it can and does lead to physical dis-ease. All disease begins as an energetic imbalance, which stem from something within your internal landscape needing attention. When we begin to work and honor these naturally organic systems within the body, we truly begin to mas-ter our health as well as evolve into high consciousness.

Mental alchemy involves the replace-ment of beliefs that are hindering your development with positive ones that will help you. You might say that sounds straightforward - why would this be so difficult?

It turns out it’s extremely difficult to change beliefs. There are three reasons for this:

1) Most people mistake their beliefs for the truth. Even if it’s not in their best interest, some people resign themselves to their fate because they mistakenly accept a belief as true.

Back in the Middle Ages alchemists sought to trans−form base metal into gold. They searched for an elusive substance, the philosopher’s stone, which would bring about this conversion, known as alchemy. But to initiates of the ancient mystery schools, alchemy was primarily an allegory for the real work of spiritual and mental alchemy.

into a more refined one.The founders of all major religions have attempted to expedite this transformation by providing rules to help people achieve this goal while also leading happier and more productive lives. Enlight-enment, illumination and the perfec-tion of the soul all point to this ulti-mate goal. Mystics from all religions have studied the universal laws to speed up this process, which they be-lieve occurs over many lifetimes.

Mental alchemy is the process of transmuting your thoughts to im-prove your life and expand your mind. The good news is that this dis-cipline can produce immediate -- and is some cases instant -- beneficial re-sults in your life.

2) Beliefs operate at the subconscious level. Most people are unaware of their subconscious beliefs, which are often in conflict with their conscious thoughts. For example, a woman may consciously be seeking love, but sub-consciously she may feel she’s unwor-thy. Unless her belief is made conscious and transmuted, it will continue to sab-otage her efforts.

3) You see what you believe. Less than 100 years ago physicists were trying to determine whether light was a wave or a particle. The answer depended on what you believed you would find. If you believed light was made of parti-

cles, then you could design an experi-ment that proved it. Conversely, if you believed light consisted of waves then you could design another experiment to prove that.

The placebo effect provides another example. In drug trials required to gain FDA approval, 40% of patients, on av-erage, will obtain relief from placebos. They get better simply because they be-lieve they will get better. Placebos have actually helped people with Parkinson’s disease.

The mystic principle behind these re-sults is called the Law of Attraction or “like attracts like.” In the mystic world, and now in the world of quantum phys-ics, we know that everything is energy. Everything has its own vibration, in-cluding a belief. People attract to them-selves those experiences that match their existing belief system. They get to see what they believe.

So how does mental alchemy work?

Neurologists tell us the brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s ac-tually experienced and what’s imagined to be experienced. The same electrical patterns are fired between the neurons in the brain. The electrical patterns in the brain reflect how we store and pro-cess information, including beliefs.

The ramification of this is profound: you can change your beliefs using your imagination. It doesn’t matter whether the belief is true or not.

Let’s take an example of a basketball player who misses the final shot of the state championship game and his team ends up losing by one point. This expe-rience can be traumatic and will often reinforce negative beliefs that he’s a choker or a loser. Had he made the

shot, he would be a hero and filled with the confidence of a winner.

Let’s say you are the basketball player. What should you do?

First, go to a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for 10-15 minutes. Make sure that none of your objective senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste) are being stimulated. Take a few deep breaths. Your goal is to relax and get into an alpha state. Scientists have shown that you can learn new skills much more readily while in this state. Meditation is ideal for this.

At this point, you should replay the end of the game in your mind. Only this time, when you take the final shot, do it with confidence and watch it go in. Visualize all the fans going wild as the buzzer sounds and your team-mates carry you off the court. Involve all your senses and imagine how it feels to be the hero!

Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest basketball player of all time, but by the end of the game, he probably misses just as many shots as he makes. But you can be quite certain he doesn’t dwell on the missed shots, but simply remembers the game-winning shots. You can do the same. Use the tech-nique of mental alchemy and change your life!

Have faith and be as-sured that facing life actually gives you a blessing in the form of a new vision. ArIES - 3/21 – 4/19While being a control freak is less than desirable, it would seem that the Mas-ter within you is more of the guiding light than “controlling” to be “con-trolling”. So what to do as most people recoil from control freaks? The answer lies in the delivery. As the Creator within you is rallied up in your heart space of love, the delivery reaches each person personally. This delivery meth-od is easier on you and yields a much higher probability that your wisdom reaches receptive ears. You are going to be relying on, more and more, a new vision of how life works and how you are going to be interacting with life. Ah politics, oh politics in community. Any and all communities are factors to deal with in compassion. Political ma-neuvering is fueled by fear; know that and have compassion when it comes your way. Your change is aided by your willingness to let go of any and all “buts”, the wantings to have others be different than how they are. As you turn inward more and more, deeper and deeper you will see your way clear.

Your future is really a bright light shin-ing into the darkness of the unexplored. The rebel in you will fuel your explora-tion and your journey. Hold onto com-passion for all sentient beings who are fearful. The are like children who are afraid of the dark.

LEo - 7/23 – 8/22In the depth of consciousness lost in the void, the infinite emptiness is the light also. Being lost is half of the way home; know that. In the totality of all that is, was and will be one has to let go of what is known in order to catch ahold of what is next. Change is there to support you, know that, embrace change and know that in the light of change is the field of all possibilities. Those possibilities ap-pear too far away from what is known only because wanting to be comfortable in a field of change is impossible as long as there are demands. Letting go and trusting in the Divine is required to be comfortable. Integration happens as the letting go becomes a way of life. The thunderbolt that has been such a trusted part of how you show up, deeply fears the emptiness and deeply fears the void. It will become more and more painful in using the mind rather than the heart. The rebel within must let go in order to get beyond the mind and realize the completion that happens when the mind is relaxed.

VIrGo – 8/23 – 9/22As the lotus grows out of the mud, all falls away, leaving the clean and clear Self. Letting go of all that can be let go of is a must; including the good, bad and neutral. It is your receptivity to the path of light and clarity that supports you. What you know in the depths of your heart is your guidance. Please know that the success you are realizing is only the very tip of what is available and what is coming to you; get ready.

It is the intensity of your letting go and receptivity to the flow of Grace that is opening up to you. Keep it up and more will surely come your way.

The rebel within is holding the torch bringing light into the darkness. This is akin to the knowing you attain from be-ing present, that in the depth of empti-ness you can experience the fullness in the emptiness simultaneously.

LIbrA - 9/23 – 10/22In the whirl of change is an equilibrium that you are noticing. Staying centered and having access to the content of the change is fascinating; enjoy it because it is enjoyable. Your conscious choice to participate in the change, your embrac-ing the change and your ability to notice that in the change is an ever present constant, which is the work of the Mas-ter within.

Now is the time, high time to embrace the adventure as you venture out of the cover of what is familiar into the light of a new day. In that light is a new kind of prosperity that appears to be fresh and pure, to the eyes of a child. Be that child and see.

With the hands of a child, the soul of the Master and the unflinching willing-ness to participate in the new adven-ture, there is a sweet ripeness in the change you experience. Blessings.

SCorpIo - 10/23 – 11/21Are you ready to reveal what you have been hiding behind, as the conditioning that has been covering your true self is revealed? This revealing can be fun, traumatic or mixed; it is up to you. To some degree, you already know that you have been handed a set of beliefs and ways of being in the world, the thing that girls do versus the things that boys do, the things that are ok in your set of faith based beliefs and so on and so forth. All we are saying is that when you discover that you acquired, which most children do, a set of beliefs from parents and caregivers that were theirs rather than yours. This is an awakening. Like we said above, this can be fun to dis-cover, shocking, traumatic or whichever you choose. The good thing is that you are discovering the programing, which you may choose leave in or you may change. You will probably end up with an integration of the old and the new which is some of what you have already done and will continue the integration maybe a little more consciously. The ex-haustion you have felt from time to time is from struggling with the beliefs of your loved ones, forcing them to fit and believing you are bad or wrong if you abandon those cultural, family and soci-etal beliefs.

The change that is happening to you is a whirl. You can get caught up in it or just stay in the middle of the whirl and allow the change to happen as it must. The real big deal for you is morality and the question of sin as it relates to change from custom, family and gender dy-namics. At first you will notice a sense of sorrow that is coupled with a deep desire, a compulsion to hang on to what is, knowing that it is too late to do that. It is too late because you know about the conditioning! Your salvation and the sense of being complete is beyond illu-sion, which this change has in store for you. Tread lightly have fun and enjoy.

The integration is hap-pening at lightning speed, so do not ex-pect yourself to keep up with everything you hear from the Master within, yet do the best you can to follow through and step out into the unknown with com-plete faith, trust and humor.

AquArIuS - 1/20 – 2/18The view of All that Is, was and will be, that presence is there now. Allow yourself to be in it, without thought, without question, without expecta-tion; just be present and you will know God. It is your innocence that allies with you now. Cherish it, honor it and know it in the midst of all that has happened to you and all that you have done. It this place of duality, all pos-sibilities are available; all possibilities regardless of any argument or set of circumstances to the contrary. Spirit, God, consciousness never make junk.

Step into a re-birth of sorts. Allow the you that has been quiet and waiting to emerge. Welcome that part, invite that part, and honor that part now. In spite of the “damage”, you have the cour-age to grow anew in the most unlikely way and in the most unlikely place; believe it. That part that is yet to be revealed has a receptivity ready for you to notice; welcome it now.

In the future there is a celebration, dancing and singing of sorts. The cel-

ebration is the recognition of the emerging of the you that knows that it has something to say that can make a difference, and that difference is only beginning to speak up. Do it with gusto.

pISCES - 2/19 – 3/20Sitting back is a signal. Notice where and when you sit back and just enjoy the view. There is something more there for you; much more. The first step is to simply notice it. You will have to go beyond illusion to catch the wave in awareness. The key is notice when and where you are sitting back. Some might say that sitting back is just enjoying the fruit of your labor or of the success; and it is that too. How-ever, are you completely fulfilled in all ways all the time? Probably not, so take a look.

Now, the action you could take in the areas you find yourself sitting back, could be in a way and at a pace never before seen by you. The experiencing of this pace of action can lift you off the ground giving you a view of life’s circumstances from a new vantage point. Understanding life and what makes people do what they do, and the way they do it is extremely funny and worth seeing because it provides options to participate with them that warms their hearts and fulfills a part of you that will satisfy your longing to some degree.

The future is all about your connect-ing with and knowing the source within your true Self and in others. Get this into your field of participa-tion, and life has a richness that is un-known by most and unexpected by you and me.

SAGITTArIuS - 11/22 – 12/2It is natural to compare in order to find out where you are at in relation to others abilities, income, looks etc. However, on the other hand it is unfair, unfriend-ly and unnecessary. Made in the image and likeness conveys that each one is a unique expression incomparable to an-other. Yet most engage in comparative analysis on a daily bases. Where does comparative analysis really get you? You either feel better or worse at someone else’s expense. How can this be a good thing? You must have patience with what is and what others think, or fall into a pit of fear. That fear has you post-poning taking right action because of the massive amount of control those be-liefs have on you. However, as your awareness of your true Self becomes more and more apparent, you become able to step out from the daunting way of being controlled by beliefs that were handed to you without your consent.

Be friendly and curious as you sort through just how you are motivated by just what belief, and you will make a smooth and easy landing in to being the Master that you are. You will have to let go of all you know in order for the light of your true Self to illuminate your path. You have the support of Divine trans-formative intuition that is heart cen-tered. The change that is afoot is wel-comed by parts of you that have been ready for the change and who will show up more and more supportive as the change unfolds.

Your future is one of slowing down to notice and to receive the blessings of awareness that come to you as you let go. As you slow down, your transforma-tion is an unfolding that is also more of an allowing to be.
