York Prep School is a 6-12 co-educational college preparatory day school
dedicated to working collaboratively with students, educators, and
families to realize their full potential.
Scholarships are given to deserving underprivileged students, wonderful
candidates who enrich the York community with diversity and scholastic
excellence.
Underwriting gifts are essential to the financial success of the York Prep
School Foundation. All proceeds from tonight’s event will go to the

Bidding Instructions
Silent Auction Opens at 7:15 pm
If you are interested in bidding on a particular item, please write your bid
number which is located on your catalog and name tag in the space provided
on the bid sheet.
Please make sure all bids are in the appropriate incremental value.
You may bid as many times as you want on any particular item.
Bidding will close at incremental times to allow bidders to get in their final
bids on multiple items & categories.
Once bidding closes, bid sheets will be collected and the highest bid will be
determined.
Pickup and payment can be made for all silent auction items beginning on
Wednesday, May 17th.
All bid sheets will be reviewed on Tuesday, May 16th and
winners will be contacted by phone and email

All live auction bidding will be conducted by simply raising your hand to
indicate to the auctioneer your bid.
Winning bids will be informed the night of the event and credit card
authorization forms will be processed immediately after the auction.

Headmaster for the Day Experience how it feels to be in charge for the day by having your child
play the role of Headmaster. Victor Kruz, part of the York Prep staff, will
pick up your son or daughter, who will dress the part (Khakis, pastel
pink/yellow/blue/white long-sleeve button up and sports coat) and
drive him/her to school. A quick hot chocolate and cookie from
Starbucks will be provided as well as lunch from a local café. Your child
will write late passes at the front desk, make two all-call announcements
over the PA system, walk Timmy (the Stewarts beloved poodle) as well
as have Mr. Stewart accompany him/her to one class.

South Beach Extravaganza and Art Basel for the
Weekend

Jean Luc Kieffer Dinner Party at Your Home Your taste buds will never be the same again as renowned chef, Jean Luc
Kieffer, prepares a dinner for you and up to 4 guests in your home. Like
most classically trained French chefs, Jean Luc began his apprenticeship
at 14, starting at the famed Maison des Tanneurs in Strasbourg. He
worked at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Western
Europe and travelled abroad to explore a wide range of flavorings not
found in traditional French cooking. He has cooked for Queen Elizabeth
II, was executive chef at La Cava in Puerto Rico, and in the 80s Jean Luc

Bidding Instructions
Silent Auction Opens at 7:15 pm
If you are interested in bidding on a particular item, please write your bid
number which is located on your catalog and name tag in the space provided
on the bid sheet.
Please make sure all bids are in the appropriate incremental value.
You may bid as many times as you want on any particular item.
Bidding will close at incremental times to allow bidders to get in their final
bids on multiple items & categories.
Once bidding closes, bid sheets will be collected and the highest bid will be
determined.
Pickup and payment can be made for all silent auction items beginning on
Wednesday, May 17th.
All bid sheets will be reviewed on Tuesday, May 16th and
winners will be contacted by phone and email
Live Auction
All live auction bidding will be conducted by simply raising your hand to
indicate to the auctioneer your bid.
Winning bids will be informed the night of the event and credit card
authorization forms will be processed immediately after the auction.
Live auction items can be picked up the night of the auction.

Headmaster for the Day Experience how it feels to be in charge for the day by having your child
play the role of Headmaster. Victor Kruz, part of the York Prep staff, will
pick up your son or daughter, who will dress the part (Khakis, pastel
pink/yellow/blue/white long-sleeve button up and sports coat) and
drive him/her to school. A quick hot chocolate and cookie from
Starbucks will be provided as well as lunch from a local café. Your child
will write late passes at the front desk, make two all-call announcements
over the PA system, walk Timmy (the Stewarts beloved poodle) as well
as have Mr. Stewart accompany him/her to one class.

York Prep School is a 6-12 co-educational college preparatory day school
dedicated to working collaboratively with students, educators, and
families to realize their full potential.

candidates who enrich the York community with diversity and scholastic
