Who is Susan Christenbury?

What do I do with my SPARE TIME?

This is Nani’s calf Spirit at 6 months old. She and two other calves were born last spring.

Volunteers stayed with the females 24 hours a day fora monthuntil the calves were born.

Mostly I work with the MarineAnimal Rescue Program.

I work every Saturday morning.

My time of arrival depends on what the needs are of the animal in our care.

The next pictures I took while on a response in June.

Besides daily animal care, sometimes I am called to be on a ‘response team.’
