My name is Mr. Ravard and I will be your

daughter/son’s Leadership teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.

This will be my tenth year at Century Community Charter School.

I have designed a program for students that will begin to

develop their skills as future leaders in our society. The goal for the

class is to question, research, discuss, and DO leadership through a

series of activities, projects, and current day exploration.

Homework: 20%

- Homework will be posted Mr. Ravard’s website weekly on ravardsworld.weebly.com.

- Current Events: students will be required to read, critically decompress, and discuss news on a weekly

basis. - WYGA: What are going to accomplish flipgrid videos

are a WEEKLY assignment sent to me.

- JOBS Work: students will be given jobs and each

week those jobs need a student created agenda

and tangible proof of its completion

Participation: 10%

- The exploration of leadership requires students to constantly and consistently participate both in class and actively on

campus - ACTIVE discussion: leadership requires

dialogue and dialogue requires YOUR voice -

Activity: 30%
