Dear Ms. Scott,

Ive passed along your contact information to Abby Johnson. And she has stated that she will not make

any statements about these women without their lawyers being present. Therefore I believe it is your

duty to move forward with an investigation and proactively seek out the truth rather than wait for a

third party to call you with additional information. And for that reason I have provided all of the contact

information you need to commence a formal inquiry.

If the only criminal investigations the occurred were those rare circumstances where the guilty parties

contacted you directly to incriminate themselves the jails would be empty.

The babies that Dr. Douglas Karpen murdered in Houston (and very likely Dallas, TX) were unwanted by

their parents, but regardless of how society felt about them they had God given rights. They breathed

the same air that we breathe and their value was no less in the eyes of the Lord.

If on principle were created equal with an unalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness

then anyone who refuses to defend those rights by their own inaction becomes a silent accomplice of

the tyrants who deny those rights to others. And so we all choose sides in this great spiritual battle

even as our ancestors chose sides prior to the Civil War. There were powerful men who said the slaves

were sub-human and did not have the same rights as others, not unlike our moment in history where

unwanted babies are treated as second class citizens undeserving of our time and attention.

Inaction is a choice and a decision to take sides in this struggle. We must all reflect carefully upon ourchoices to determine who it is that we serve and protect.

I hope in the end that history will remember Deputy Chief Sherryl L. Scott and the sergeants that

reported to her as a heroes and patriots who sided with the victims and refused to be the silent

accomplices of the tyrants. And that their courage to do what was right emboldened a nation to do the

same.

With all due respect, surely youre not suggesting that rather than the homicide division investigating

the actions of Dr. Karpen at the North Park Medical Group in Dallas, TX that I should take the lead on

this investigation and interview the women Abby Johnsons non-profit organization is assisting who may

have crucial information? And that I, rather than trained professionals, should drive to Houston to

interview the clinic workers with their attorneys present? And then once my investigation is complete

(without any assistance from the Dallas Police Department) I should bring my findings to you?

I am hopeful that I misunderstand your reluctance to investigate this case.

I am not impugning your judgment since its possible I misunderstand your unwillingness to investigate

this case, but I would be shocked if any police department would be reluctant to investigate a similar

situation that involved adults. For example, imagine three women admit to assisting a serial killer at a

nursing home in Houston, TX. Imagine further that their confession is graphic and describes how the

serial killer broke the necks of dozens upon dozens of elderly victims. And then a concerned citizen in

Dallas learns that the same man worked at a Dallas nursing home for years that is still operational.

Would you exhibit the same reluctance and say, We cannot conduct an investigation based on what

occurred in Houston. We must have evidence that it occurred in Dallas.

The same doctor who these women say was murdering a baby born alive every day (Dr. DouglasKarpen) was active at North Park Medical Group in Dallas, TX until as recently as 2011. The address of

this facility is 8363 Meadow Rd, Dallas, TX. And there phone number is 214-890-0015. Abby Johnson has

indicated that clinic workers who worked there are being assisted by her non-profit organization (her

contact information was previously provided). Mark Crutcher (the videographer that recorded the taped

confession) lives in Denton, TX and can provide the unedited footage of the Houston clinic workers

confession (see previous email for this contact information).

Any complainants are deceased and the clinic workers involved would be accomplices and reluctant to

Dear Ms. Scott,

I would like to bring to your attention multiple homicides that may have occurred at NorthPark Medical Group which is located at 8363 Meadow Rd, Dallas, TX. Dr. Karpen is a

late term abortionist that has worked at offices in Houston and Dallas. I was recentlyemailed a Youtube video where three of his former staff workers stated that babies wereborn alive and subsequently murdered -- in some cases brutally.

One staff worker recounted the story of Dr. Karpen murdering newborn babies by twistingoff their heads. According to their recorded testimony babies were born alive and

subsequently murdered on a daily basis. Since this was a common occurrence at the

Houston clinic I'm led to believe that similar atrocities may have occurred at the North ParkMedical Group in Dallas, TX when he was employed there.

The gentleman who shot the video is Mark Crutcher and he lives in Denton, TX. He can be

He has provided an unedited version of the tape to Rep. Phil King who subsequently mailed

it to Lt. Richard Kleczynski at the Homicide Division of the Houston Police Department. More

recently, a group of 20 TX legislators sent a letter to the Texas Medical Board demanding athorough investigation. I don't believe the TX legislature is aware that Dr. Karpen alsoperformed late term abortions in Dallas, TX.

I was surprised to learn it myself. According to thethis articleDr. Karpen was performingabortions in Dallas, TX as recently as 2011.
