Who can be a Director of a New Zealand Company
The rules regarding who can and cannot be appointed as a Director of a
New Zealand company are set out in Section 151 of the New Zealand
Companies Act 1993.
Each individual applying to be a Director of a new or of an existing New
Zealand company must sign a consent indicating that they are not disqualified
from being a Director.
