WHAT IS EXTENDED DISC (EDISC)?
• Extended DISC is about behaviours and
behavioural profiling also known as
energy types
• It talks about a person whose
behavioural style is Dominant, Influencer,
Steadfast or Compliant
• The old DISC broke people down into 16
different packets, while Extended DISC
will break you down into 160 packets
