Who is VALUE Anyway?
The VALUE Planning Committee meets once per month, to discuss:•Topics for the spring WAPP meeting•Identify common commodities and services we all purchase•Common items may be purchased more economically – to get volume discounting – if we join together to create one VALUE bid.•Basic information about the bid is sent to the entire VALUE membership (and posted to the VALUE website).•We WANT to know how much you purchase!

• It’s okay if you are currently under contract!• Your volume can be included, and the bidders informed that
your volume will begin AFTER your current contract ends.

• Current VALUE bids are on the VALUE website. Click on “VALUE Bids”

• Another option is to piggyback from a current VALUE bid.• Next time the VALUE group asks if you use the bid, let them
know approximate quantities you use• Remember – the more volume discounting, the more VALUE
we get for our dollar (i.e, the CHEAPER the pricing!).
