The idea of creating a cryptocurrency trading platform was born in our company in late 2016. The actively developing blockchain technology and a dynamic cryptocurrency market could not but turn our attention to this field.

At the time of 2016, the main problems of the cryptocurrency market were: limited number of trusted platforms offering the purchase and exchange of cryptocurrencies. The lack of service and many other issues - prompted us to start developing our own platform.

The members of our team are experts in trading on the financial and cryptocurrency markets, who have many years of experience in working with global brokers. Understanding the market from a customer’s point, as well as experience gained from the inside in asset management financial institutions and banks, urged us to come to the field of blockchain.

The development of the IGT-CRYPTO platform is one of our most ambitious projects yet.The creation of the platform began in 2017. From the very beginning and till the release of our platform, a lot of technological issues were studied and solved, which allowed us to refine our system and create an ideal concept of the crypto exchange of the future.

The team of IGT Company (In Good Traders Company) set a goal - to unite professionals and beginners of the cryptocurrency market on one platform, to let traders make their profits in a comfortable and accessible environment.

2. Annotation

The Beginning

Our team created the IGT-CRYPTO exchange in order to develop the best service for trading cryptocurrencies. At present, it supports 4 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Litecoin, Ethereum. In total, 14 pairs are already available for trade, including 4 cryptocurrencies and two fiat currencies (USD and EUR).

To ensure an adequate level of liquidity, the modules - «liquidity aggregators» were developed on the IGT platform, which allow to maintain and provide the proper volume of trading instruments presented on the Platform. We have created a hybrid model of data transferring, processing and storage that involves processing of the data on several levels to ensure maximum speed and security.

Primary processing is carried out by means of a centralized system - that is, at facilities that ensure the uninterrupted stable functioning of the Exchange, and then - the information is sent to our private server for backup. Also, as an additional protection, in the future, cloud storage and the method of data storage in a distributed ledger with the help of blockchain technology will be used on the Platform.

Backup applies to all data categories. Safety of our users’ money is guaranteed by the method of storing it on cold wallets.

In matters of decentralization and centralization, we use a modern technological combined system. For example, the storage of personal user data is feasible within a centralized system and there is no sense in uploading all the data to the blockchain, thereby creating an unnecessary load on the network at the cost of reducing the processing speed. It will be enough to enter the results of transactions in the form of hash codes into the blockchain.

We defined our development strategy based on empirically acquired knowledge and on the analysis of the work of existing platforms. We spent a lot of time, effort and money developing the IGT-CRYPTO platform, faced many challenges and solved many technological issues during its creation, this allowed us to develop a trading platform that fully meets the modern market requirements and high modern technological standards of speed and safety.

The concept of the IGT-CRYPTO exchange is in the complex approach to the creation of a structural product. On the one hand, it is stable work with a decent level of security, high transaction speed, convenient interface - understandable to beginners and useful for professionals, availability of the most popular currencies including fiat - USD/ EUR. On the other hand, this is a constant technological development, listing of new cryptocurrencies and the development of a new functional - such as a mobile app, an application for computers, a merchant account, etc.

1. A large number of currency pairs

The IGT-CRYPTO exchange offers a large number of trading instruments, the list of which will be constantly expanded, providing the necessary tools to professional traders and novice users.

2. Fiat currencies

Availability of fiat currencies is not a universal option on crypto exchanges. We offer a solution to this issue. IGT-CRYPTO exchange is already actively working on connecting the Internet acquiring, which will allow you to withdraw funds in traditional ways, as well as directly use them for trading on the platform.

At the moment, IGT-CRYPTO works with the main fiat currencies: USD, EUR, as well as the most attractive cryptocurrencies from the TOP-10: Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Litecoin, Ethereum.

3. Guarantees of execution of applications

The regulation of applications’ execution - is a clear set of rules integrated at the program level which is used on the platform when working with trade orders and their processing. Adherence to the regulations allows to exclude the human factor in processing applications, and also makes the implementation of the rules mandatory for all participants: for both the company and users. Following the clear rules makes the work transparent and understandable, and also obliges us to be responsible to the client.

4. Transparency to the client

Our company has incorporated a transparent reporting system in the concept of the platform of the future. Our clients will have a detailed statement of all the operations performed.

We will provide full information about all transactions, commissions and debits of funds from the user’s balance. These reports can be generated by clients at their own request in the corresponding section of the personal cabinet; they will be endorsed by our company and can serve as an official document provided to public authorities and various financial institutions.

5. A new level of convenience

We set a new level of convenience. At the moment, most platforms exist only in the browser version. We decided to follow the path of client-oriented development: • The version of the trading client for PC and Mac; • Mobile application for devices based on Android and IOS.

6. Software integration with partners

We provide an opportunity for applications developed by a third party to integrate their work with our ecosystem through API (application programming interface). This will allow you to connect your favorite trading software or to conduct algorithmic trading on our platform.

3.3.1 Security of data storage and processing

1. Security of data transmission:

Our team seriously approached the issue of safe storage and data backup, ensuring the maximum level of protection of transmitted data.

а) Security of data transmission is provided by two factors: 1. Using SSL as the main layer for data transfer; 2. Application of http/2 technology on the server side increases not only performance, but also a level of security.

б) We use only complex keys for internal data transfer, the whole transferwithin the infrastructure is carried out with using RSA encryption (US Pat. No. 4,405,829)

2. Security of Logging In is provided by two levels of verification:

а) Verification of user data by authorizationSignature is a HMAC-SHA256 encoded message containing nonce, customer IDand API key. The HMAC-SHA256 code must be generated using a secret key thatwas generated with your API key. This code must be converted to it’shexadecimal representation (64 uppercase characters).

б) Abstraction of the method of hashing passwords:

3. Data Storage

To ensure the highest possible level of security for our clients, we addressed the issue of improving the quality of data storage. For this purpose, we are developing a combined decentralized system.

Encryption of PGP dataWe started implementing an additional level of security - PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption to ensure confidentiality and authentication of the files that you upload / send to us.f. Data backupIGT-CRYPTO is equipped with two levels of data reservation, which allows to save both earlier events and the recent ones.

3.3.2 Developments

1. Convenient trading platform (user interface)

We use the trading interface of our own design. The Platform will be presented in three versions:

• The Web platform already functions successfully, but will be technologically improved and refined over the course of scaling; • Mobile application for iOS and Android;

• Trading client for PC and MAC.

The concept of the trading core of the IGT-CRYPTO has absorbed the best of many years of experience in the development of global trading platforms.

2. The regulation of orders’ execution and formation

Our company took care of implementing a large number of types of orders for trading. The matching of orders on the platform will work according to the principles that are set out below.We chose the “Best Execution” - the principle of execution of client applications (hereinafter referred to as «Orders») by the Company, implying sending the Order to the server to ensure the best price for transaction execution.

Types of orders that will be available on IGT-CRYPTO

To open and close positions our exchange uses applications (orders) that differ in the type of execution. Market order and pending order. Pending orders, in turn, are limit, stop or stop-limit. An order of each type can be used to buy or sell

Market Order expresses the intention of the bidder to buy or sell a certain amount of this financial instrument at the prices of orders that are currently in the pool of orders of the opposite direction.

The procedure for processing a market order in the Exchange’s trading system depends on the additional parameters of the application submitted by the trader:

Limit orders. A limited order expresses the intention of a bidder to buy at a price not higher than the specified one, or sell at a price not lower than the specified amount of the selected instrument.

When placing a limited order, the following additional parameters can be set:

When an application is submitted to the Exchange’s trading system, it checks the availability of counter orders in the queue the prices of which coincide or overlap with the price of the submitted application. In the presence of such applications, the system makes transactions at the price of the previously filed application. Then the number of lots of the instrument specified in the application is reduced by the number of lots in the transaction and a similar procedure is used to compare the new application with the remaining counter orders. The unfulfilled part of the application is placed in the application queue.

A limit buy order (buy limit) is an order for a purchase at a specified price or lower (because the buyer wants the price to be as low as possible). The buy limit order is set at a price that is lower than the current market. The trader uses this order when he hopes that the price will fall at first, but then, having reached a certain level, it will turn around and begin to grow (i.e. he expects it to bounce up from the support level, Fig. 2).

A limit sell order (sell limit) is an application for sale at a specified price or higher (because the buyer wants the price to be as high as possible). The sell limit order is set at a price that is higher than the current market price. The trader uses this order when he hopes that the price will first rise at, but then, reaching a given level, it will turn around and begin to fall (i.e. he expects it to bounce down from the resistance level, Fig. 2).

To execute a limit order, an inverse market order is required.

A limit order is used both to open a position and to close it with a profit: the buy limit order provides an exit of the short position (sale), and the sell limit order provides an exit from the long position (buy).

Bidders that are using limit orders provide liquidity, i.e. give the opportunity to other participants to make deals, agreeing with those prices, which are indicated in these limit orders.

If we compare the exchange with the vegetable market, the participants who placed the limit orders are the traders who put their goods on the shelves and placed the price tags (with the only exception that in the market the goods are usually only sold, and on the exchange trading instruments are sold and bought).

The price at which the most recent transaction has been executed on the exchange is called the Last price. Above the Last price in the pool limit orders for sale are placed. Below - limit purchase orders.

Limit order for sale at the best price (closest to the Last price) is called an Offer or Ask.

Limit order to buy at the best price (closest to the Last price) is called Bid.

The gap between bid and ask is called a Spread.

A stop order is an application for the purchase or sale of a certain quantity of an asset at a specified price or worse.

A buy stop order is an order for a purchase at a specified price or higher. The trader uses this order when he hopes that the price, reaching a certain level, will continue to raise (Fig. 2). The buy stop order is set at a price that is higher than the current market. On the exchange market, as soon as the price of the last transaction (Last) becomes equal to or exceeds the price set in the buy stop order, it immediately turns into a market order and is executed on the same terms as all other market orders.

A sell stop order is an order for sale at a specified price or lower. The trader uses this order when he hopes that the price, while moving downward to reach a given level, will continue to fall (Fig. 2). The sell stop order is set at a price that is lower than the current market. In the exchange market, as soon as the price of the last transaction (Last) becomes equal to or less than the price set in the sell stop order, it immediately turns into a market order for sale and is executed on the same terms as all other market orders.

A sell stop is used both for opening a position and for exiting it. In the latter case, the stop order is used as a stop loss order: the buy stop order secures the short position (sale), and the sell stop order protects the long position (buy).

An order with conditions is any application, except for a limit application, which requires the exchange to fulfill the specified conditions.

A stop order in the system (or stop) is an order that instructs the server to perform transaction in automated mode that implement stop loss or take profit logic depending on the price conditions on the market.

The main purpose of stop orders is to automate the management of an existing or potential customer position, which means the timely execution of one of the following:

• either if the price changes unfavorably, close the position in a timely manner, limiting losses to a predetermined value (execute a stop loss);

• or fix the profit after reaching a sufficiently profitable level when signs of the end of a favorable trend start to appear (execute a take profit).

Stop applications can also be successfully applied to the automated opening of a new position under certain conditions, for example, when there are signs of a trend change, or vice versa, to open a position «on a trend».

The stop order consists of two parts:

• Stop loss (hereinafter referred to as SL);

• Take profit (hereinafter TP).

If the condition for one part of the stop order is met, the second part of it is removed.

The second part of the stop order is withdrawn even if the attempt to putt an application on the Exchange at execution was unsuccessful.

Stop orders containing only one part (SL or TP) are allowed.

SL is there to close positions in order to limit losses from holding a position in case of unfavorable price movement on the market. Consequently,

• for a sell stop, the SL part is activated when the market price becomes less than or equal to the stop loss activation price;

• for a buy stop, the SL part is activated when the market price becomes higher or equal to the stop loss activation price.

TP are designed to close positions with profit taking. Consequently,

• for a sell stop, the TP part is activated when the market price becomes higher or equal to the activation price;

• for a buy stop, part of TP is activated when the market price becomes less or equal to the activation price.

Trailing TP allows you to put on the Exchange an order closing the position at the moment when signs of the end of a favorable trend on the market start to appear.Such an approach in the implementation of orders matching on the platform is a mandatory technological requirement for meeting the needs of the market today.

Margin trading. The margin trading on the Exchange is made possible by the use of peer-to-peer lending.

Equitable lending (also equitable investment or social loan, also crowdfunding, often referred to as “P2P” loan) is a way of lending money to people who are not related to each other or to «equal parties» without recourse to a traditional financial intermediary, for example, a bank or another conventional financial institution.

Traders are provided with third-party funding from other participants on the platform for tokens trading. Creditors will have the right to provide other users with their unused funds in trading transactions and to receive income accrued at the interest rate established by the company for the use of margin trading.

When allowing the use of personal unused funds, if there is a necessity make an operation, the funds and the interest received for their use are automatically returned to the creditor, and credit obligations are transferred to another participant, thereby creating no difficulties in working with lending.

Access to margin trading will be granted only to those participants who will give their consent for the provision and receipt of loans. Although IGT Company is not a party to these contracts, but it is a guarantor of the fulfilment of the obligations of the borrower and lender pledged in the contract, as well as payments on the interest rate for the use of personal funds. 3.3.3 Access to use of funds on the balance

In addition to classic transfers to a bank account or a payment card, we will provide a convenient solution for using the funds on your account by issuing an individual payment card linked to your balance on the IGT-CRYPTO exchange. The issuance of payment cards is one of our main priorities. Thereby we solve the urgent problem of using cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.

The structure of making a payment is technologically possible in several ways:

1. The Manual mode of transferring funds to the card from the balance on the exchange;

2. Cryptocurrencies stored on a Multi Wallet are automatically converted inside the exchange by placing a market order for sale concerning current quotes. Payments are made instantly at the expense of the company’s funds, which are returned by the client in cryptocurrencies debited from his account; Such payments will be limited to the type of card you use. The user himself determines which currencies will be converted when using cards in the settings of the personal cabinet.

Providing merchant accounts to Companies will allow them to accept cryptocurrencies as payment for their services or goods. Companies will be able to transfer the received funds to a settlement account, accumulate cryptocurrencies or use another form convenient for them. When connecting a merchant account, it is assigned a special identification number, which is associated with the IGT processing service in order to promptly process payment transactions.

We have developed a model that allows our users to issue an individual plastic payments card linked to the balance of one’s account on the IGT-CRYPTO exchange for making purchases on the Internet or using payment terminals.

Cryptocurrencies, like many new and complex technologies, have two components that make us think over the ways to use this tool:

1. The most obvious is the opportunity to earn money due to the growing demand for cryptocurrencies.

2. The second component, not explicit, but basic, ideological - is the introduction of the blockchain technology into the financial system, money exchange operations and other processes of human life.

At the moment, the digital currency market occupies a strong place among all world financial markets, the daily turnover of trade is about 15-20 billion dollars, the cryptocurrency market is in the stage of volatile growth since the end of 2016. This is evidenced by the statistical indicators of growth in trading volumes shown in Fig. 3.

Scaling up the prospects of market growth is the main subject of the discussion of all participants in the cryptocurrency community. Some of them expect a very fast growth, others are more conservative, and insist on gradual integration of cryptocurrencies into the world economy. But relying on the global dynamics of development, they all agree on the matter that the cryptocurrency market expects a steady growth.

Since the advent of Bitcoin, the crypto community has grown from several thousand enthusiasts to several million worldwide. Not only do individual companies launch their own cryptocurrencies, but entire countries. Many exchange tools based on Bitcoin appeared on the market.

While the process of cryptocurrencies development is still in its active state all over the world, the unchanged leaders in the provision of trade services have established themselves on the trade market.

Since the number of platforms for trading cryptocurrencies is limited, and the demand exceeds supply, many crypto platforms do not seek to expand the functionality to meet customer needs, slowing the global development of the market and not providing customers with the proper level of service and convenience.

We intend to bring the experience of trading cryptocurrency to a new level quality-wise and set high standards. Our cryptocurrency exchange already provides customers with quality 24/7 support and trading with a high level of security.

Becoming the owner of IGT Token, you also become a member of the IGT Community, which gives you the right to enjoy a number of privileges: participation in decision-making concerning aspects of further development of the platform through open voting, participation in loyalty programs, free access to increasing the level of the payment card; also participants will receive various bonuses from our company and will be quarterly remunerated with money rewards.

IGT Tokens are digital cryptographic tokens based on the Ethereum protocol technology and comply with the ERC20 standard and serve as a software digital product.

The IGT Token assigns the owner the right to receive a proportionate amount of IGT Coins.

IGT Coin is a form of digital cryptographic asset that the Company will issue after the completion of the ICO, and which in the future will be listed on the exchange in accordance with the requirements of the law.

All accruals to the fund will be recorded in the blockchain, which will provide transparency of information about the state of the fund, guarantee timely payments at the rate of 25% of the company’s income, ensure equality in the distribution of profits. Payments will be made quarterly in the IGT Ecosystem.

The charging mechanism will be implemented as follows: On the day of payment, IGT Coin holders will be credited with the equivalent amount of payment coin – IGTP, which will be accrued on their personal account and, in the future, to the multicurrency wallet. This coin will have a fixed price, which will be determined by the sum of all accruals to the fund for the quarter, divided by the total amount of IGT Coins.

You can exchange it for traditional currencies, other cryptocurrency in our system or use it to make purchases in our Ecosystem. Investments for us is an instrument for the development of our project.

Our exchange already functions and brings revenue, but we aspire to development and expansion to other markets.

Therefore, we are real and pragmatic about the ICO not only as a way to attract investments, but also as a procedure that provides guarantees to our investors::

• in obtaining a part of the Company’s income;

• in making decisions in the development of the Company;

• in the acquisition of tokens of the working product - the IGT-CRYPTO.

In connection with this, initially, during the ICO, we identified the upper and lower limits of fundraising.

SoftCap: the lower limit of sales of the ICO - means the minimum number of IGT Tokens which the Company plans to sell during the announced period of the ICO.

Guarantees of the investor: is case the Company does not reach the lower limit of SoftCap during the ICO period, the Company is obliged to redeem IGT Tokens from investors within 30 calendar days after the end of the ICO and receiving written requests from investors for a refund at the expense of funds collected in the escrow account. These funds can in no way be used for other purposes.

Throughout the ICO, 12,600,000 tokens will be sold, and 3,150,000 tokens will be distributed, including bonuses, referral and bounty programs, which in the end will give a number of 15,750,000 IGT Tokens.

The company created a special escrow account, which is entrusted to the Board of Directors of the company and an independent legal advisor.

All funds collected in the ICO procedure will be accounted separately from the company’s working capital, and will be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the WhitePaper.Expenditure of these funds for other purposes is excluded. The specific characteristic of the escrow account is that, as a general rule, neither the account holder nor the beneficiary can dispose of the funds that are on this account.

Every unsold IGT Token after the completion of the ICO will be exchanged for IGT Coin and transferred to a special wallet of the IGT Company.In the future, the sale of IGT Coins will be carried by the Company through the OTC market on a special request from the investor through a personal cabinet. The sale price of IGT Coin will be set by the Company at the market rate fixed on the day of filing an application. Such model of IGT Coin sales after the completion of the ICO will allow to avoid additional volatility on the market and will not lead to a depreciation.

In the pre-ICO stage, the Company announced the creation of the Company’s Development Fund, the main purpose of which is to create a financial foundation for all IGT Company’s projects.

The Company plans to keep 3, 150, 000 IGT Coins in the Development Fund, which will not be sold by the Company during the ICO, and their management will be carried out by the Company’s Board of Directors and an external controller - an invited adviser. The procedure of the sale of IGT Coin from the Development Fund of the company will be similar to the sale procedure of IGT Coin after the completion of the ICO, the transactions will take place on the OTC market using special applications.

The Company plans to distribute 2, 100, 000 IGT Tokens among all the members of the team working on the project, only in case of successful completion of the ICO (reaching the HardCap) - as a way of motivating the team members in the further development of the project. At the same time, every team members joined the Memorandum, according to which the specified IGT Tokens will not be sold by them for 3 years, as the team believes in the development and success of the project created by it, and the increase in the value of IGT Coin on the market.
