Character Value of the Month

PatienceWe can wait and take turns

Patience is a virtue! We’ve all heard the well-known saying. Most of the time, peopleuse it as a way to remind us to calm down, to wait, and to be patient. We certainlylive in an age of instant gratification and immediate results. But, with or withoutthat, it seems that humans have a general sense of impatience. We like to have

things done as soon as possible. But, being impatient is usually a harmfulcharacteristic to display. Many parents often see this negative quality in their kids.

It’s not uncommon to see little ones lacking in the area of patience. And, if you’rethe parent of a young child, you’ve probably seen just how impatient our young onescan be sometimes! But don’t worry; you can definitely help them to improve in thisarea. Teaching toddlers about patience is not the easiest task. But, it’s necessary

and extremely rewarding!Check out this site, Teaching

Patience in the Classroom | The Primary Brain ,to see a fun activity you can do withyour child to help with patience.
