White Witch is a Galway based business. We make all natural herbal beauty products and present them to you without all the plastic.

Our mission is to grow our business while leading the industry in accordance with the fundamental principle of Total Ecological Continuity, thus ensuring we always maintain complete neutrality within and throughout the environment.

We are committed to making exceptional bathing and caring products for you and your family without compromising the beauty and health of Mother Earth.

All of the ingredients we use are of the highest quality. They are wild harvested or certified organic whenever possible.

Our packaging is 100% biodegradable. We use cellophane or paper to wrap everything.

We do our best to utilize our materials and ingredients in a form which is as close as possible to their natural state. We employ time-honoured tried and trusted methods, such as herbal compresses or infusions as the basis for our creations. Then we simply make it easier for you to weild the natural power of herbs to beautify, heal and purify.

A large part of our market is overseas, we have customers worldwide, for example our 158 online customers come from Australia, Canada, France, Netherlands, UK, US, China, Germany, Spain and Italy. We have also started to export raw materials in larger quantities to the US. There is even a store in Calfornia carrying our products.

Everything is made in Galway, Ireland.

We accept cheques, credit cards, laser cards, online and phone orders. We also operate a sale or return policy to wholesale customers and retail outlets.

PRICING

VAT is not charged on our products. When ordering on line you may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are not obliged to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

DISPATCH TIMES

We usually dispatch all orders the same day or the next day by An Post Standard Post. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard post within Ireland is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Unfortunately there is no way we can track ordinary standard post. Please wait 10 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel.

If you require something urgently and guaranteed next day delivery you may request it to be sent it by special delivery for which there is a €5 extra charge.

Shipping and delivery is calculated according to weight.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNSAny goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If there you are unsatisfied with a product or there is some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
