Our Mission…..

Our Pastor

Our History

Through the work of enthusiastic believers, we held our first service on May 25th, 1969. That small group had been praying for a church that did God’s work in God’s way, and led on with a mission to start a new church – one that was grounded on faith. Through an answer to prayer, the group began to meet in the old town hall building, and later acquired property to build what is now Faith Evangelical Free Church.

Over 40 years later, we are still striving to fulfill the same purpose of doing God’s work in God’s way – staying grounded in faith all the way.

“To multiply disciples of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy

Spirit to the glory of God the Father.”

He currently resides in Washington with his wife Jen , and their three daughters: Kit, Tally, and Ange. Our mission, as expressed above, defines the work

we are called to do as a church.

“….To the glory of God the Father.” We do all this not for our own glory but for God’s. We believe that true joy and meaning is found only when God is the center of all that we do.

“To multiply disciples …“Jesus commanded the church to make disciples. To this end, we are focused on taking the gospel to those who do not know Jesus, welcoming believers into our church family, and helping one another to live for and like Jesus.

“…By the power of the Holy Spirit…”We believe that this mission is impossible unless God is working through us. Therefore, we are cultivating aculture where prayer is a first resort and all of our practices are grounded in what God has revealed in the Bible.
