David will speak about the strong growth in internaonal tourism visitaon and expenditure and why the Government is acvely seeking investment into Integrated Resort Developments like the $3B Queen’s Wharf Brisbane project. Expected to be completed in 2022, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver a new casino to replace to exisng Treasury Casino, 5 new premium hotels with more than 1000 rooms including a Ritz Carlton and Brisbane’s first six star hotel, 50 new restaurants, bars and cafes, around 2000 residenal apartments, more than 12 football fields of public space including a Sky Deck 100 metres above William Street and open to the public.
