Involves influencing the attitudes, beliefs, behaviors and feelings of others.

To be a leader you must have a dream and aspire to that dream.

Coach Bob Ladouceur

He began coaching the De La Salle High Spartans in Concord, California in 1979.

151-game winning streak that shattered all records for any American sport.

He took over a program that had never enjoyed a winning season since the school's establishment in 1965.

Ladouceur retired in 2013 with a 399-25-3 record, five CIF bowl championships and 28 North Coast titles. De La Salle also finished No. 1 in various national rankings at least seven times.
