**Summary** Dual system for wheel changing in veciles, it gives the possibility of change

between different transport systems without borders.The cars can be used as

trains and vice verse. The system consists of several parts, The first level is

the main wheels of the vehicle which is the top fixed level, The second level is

the rods level which is movable by electronoc arms (roboit system). The

system has storage level for movable part and electronic arms,it have

hydroulic system fixed along the top of the body for balance during wheel

change process. The overall structure of the system is constant and does not

depend on the type wheels, it is suitable for all transportation systems.
