Nowhere celebrates spring-time quite like the National Waterfront Museum.
From Easter egg hunts to talks and walks and from street science to book swaps, Fairtrade festivals, films and crafts – discover this season at its very best at the city’s national museum.
We are delighted to launch the Little Mice Club, a brand new event for 2014 running monthly from April. Ideal for those aged under five, the club will be joined by Morys
the Museum Mouse and will include hands-on activities as well as bilingual songs and story time.
We will also welcome Nev Wilshire, star of the BBC’s hit reality TV show, The Call Centre. Nev will give visitors a fascinating insight into his award-winning business success, which has led him to become the founder and CEO of the Save Britain Money group. Join Nev on Sunday 27 April at 2.30pm when you will have the
chance to buy a signed copy of his new book, Happy People Sell.
There are lots of events planned to mark the centenary of the birth of Swansea born poet Dylan Thomas as well as all the regular, popular events you enjoy such as A Night at the Museum (Friday 16 May), Cuppa Cymraeg (monthly) and Waterfront Book Club (monthly).

From Darkness into
Light – Mining, Metal
and Machines During the Second World War Graham Sutherland was an Official War Artist commissioned to record industries working for the war effort – including Cornish tin mines and steel manufacture in south Wales. This exhibition is a rare opportunity to see 60 sketchbook drawings from a private collection. A touring exhibition organised by Penlee House Gallery and Museum, Penzance, Cornwall. Supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
