Enterprise Customers

o Starting with Version Enterprise 6.5.1

o Enterprise can drill back to the source information in FDM.

o Be careful will drill back using source adaptors from FDM. If using shared services cannot drill back to the source system, because Enterprise does not use shared services.

Drill Through Gotchas

o Dimensions are important for drill back and have to be exact.

o Cannot use extra dimensions for extra information or for staging.

o Hyperion Enterprise cannot be used with Shared Services components and drill through does not work for some items.

o Be cautiously optomistic when using source adaptors. If you want to use them, try them, but make sure they give you the level of information that you require.

o This is good for user names.

o Utility User Migration will help move users onto Shared Services.
