Set Min Max for Items• XO it_usage_round_up – If yes and the calculated integer value of
average monthly usage is zero, it calculates average monthly usage as a decimal. If the decimal average is greater than zero and less than 1, it sets the integer avg mth usage to 1.
• Min and Max Mult in <WAITM> can be used to set default Item Multipliers to be used in <SETMM>.

New XO Settings to Know• oe_updt_closed_ship - When set to yes, if the committed quantity is changed on
an open invoice, then also change the committed quantity on the closed shipment for the invoice. (ERP-ONE)
• oe_zero_price_warnb – If yes, issue a warning before creating an invoice if any line items to be billed have a zero price. (ERP-ONE)
• oe_warn_link – If yes, pop-up a warning when user tries to manually commit an order line when an open PO link is available. This is to help remind the user to break the link prior to manually committing stock.
• oe_al_expdate_unavail – If not blank, the system will display character value entered as a warning when the order quantity is more than the quantity available. Enter ##/##/#### to show the earliest expected date found on PO’s and In transit records. (Both)

New XO Settings to Know• oe_line_quote_conv – If not blank, the system allows you to select which
quote lines should be converted to an order (ERP-ONE)
• item_min_price & item_min_price_override – The field to use for the minimum price check. If the price entered on an order line is less than that price, a message will appear and the original price is kept. The override XO is a list of user ID’s that can override the min price. (Both)
• ape_ds_link_warn – If yes, display a warning in <APE> if there is no linked order for a drop ship PO. (Both)
• it_subauto and itcomp_auto - When set to yes, create the reverse logic of the record being created. Create a record for Item A to have a sub/comp item of B. Auto create the record for item B to have the sub/comp item A. (ERP-ONE)

• ape_allow_dup_vi – If no, in <APE> check to see if the vendor invoice number entered has already been used for the vendor. If the invoice number was used, issue an error message and require that a unique vendor invoice number be used. (Both)
