Unbilled Transactions and Statements Page Enhancements
Cardholders can now navigate on the “Unbilled Transactions” and “Statements” pages quickly and more efficiently. The enhancements to these pages allow for cardholders to use the control buttons such as “Print” and “Download” at the top and bottom of each page to avoid the need to scroll back up to the top of the page where the control buttons were located prior to this release.

Search Results Added to Top and Bottom of Each Page
On the Search module, non-Cardholders can easily search for specific accounts quickly and easily using the new control buttons which appear on the top and bottom of each page.
Auto-Registration for Cardholders
Previously, unregistered cardholders were not receiving any Registration ID/Passcode e-mails from CitiManager after they began using their card and could continue to remain “unregistered on CitiManager.”
With this release, cardholders will now automatically receive a Registration ID/Passcode e-mail from CitiManager as soon as the first transaction has been logged in CitiManager. This enhancement will help remind cardholders to track their account activity online, allowing them access to their account details anywhere, anytime.
Once a cardholder visits CitiManager to self-register, by clicking on the “Self-Registration for Cardholders,” a screen will appear with two options to choose from in order to continue with the registration process:
1. Registration ID/Passcode: Pertains to those cardholders who have received the Registration ID/Passcode e-mail and are proceeding to register their account. Data will be pre-filled as they walk through the required steps to complete registration.
2. Fill the card’s data: Pertains to those cardholders who did not receive or cannot locate their Registration ID/Passcode e-mail. They will still be able to register their card on CitiManager but will need to fill in the required fields manually.
3. These registrations will be valid for 60 days upon issuance.
NOTE: All users can choose the “Fill the card’s data” option, regardless of whether or not they received the Registration ID/Passcode e-mail.

Transaction Addenda Data Enhancements
Today, transaction addendum data available to cardholders on statements is limited. Through this release, additional addendum data will now be included and visible on the “Statement” and “Unbilled Transaction” tabs.
Specifically, there will be unique icons, representing the type of transaction, next to the appropriate transaction on the “Statement” and “Unbilled Transaction” tabs.
To view more details about each transaction, the cardholder would simply click on the desired icon (instructions are also updated in the screenshot below).

New SMS and E-mail Alerts Available
In this release, an additional two-way SMS alert is being launched. To enable your cardholders to receive Citi’s SMS and E-mail alerts, simply work with your CAS manager to complete the required SOPD form. Once your organization has been enabled for Alerts, your cardholders can choose which alerts they’d like to receive. Two-way alerts, like the one below, is available on demand, to all enabled cardholders.
Customer Service Numbers: This two-way, real-time command Alert allows the cardholder to find out his/her specific Customer Service numbers should they have any questions on their Citibank account in general.
Sample Alert Message: Citi Commercial Cards: Your Customer Service Number is International: +<country code> <international number> or Local: <local number>
