Full Replacement Costs

We’ll pay up to the full replacement costs, with no coinsurance penalties. Property insurers reduce claim payments if property values are not reported correctly. We work with you to get your insured values right and will cover up to the full replacement cost of covered property to help ensure your needs are met in the event of a loss.

Claim Promise

We promise that when you have a loss, we’ll confirm cover as soon as possible and pay you 50% of the estimated property damage and extra expenses to help maximize your business continuity. We’ll advance this payment to you once coverage has been confirmed and the estimate for damage has been agreed.

Optimized Business Interruption Cover

We’ll pay you the most favorable option when you have a business interruption claim. Whether it’s severe damage that takes a long time to repair, or short term damage with long term impact on your business, we calculate the loss on a gross earnings basis and a gross profits basis – and determine whichever is the greater.
