ADP in collaboration with NOWPDP gave anopportunity to persons with disabilities toexperience the professional work environmentthrough an internship program specially designedfor them.

Interns went through an interactive training at theworkplace and explored their potential in theirareas of interest.

Abudawood Pakistan acknowledged theirachievements and appreciated the positive energybrought at work. At the end of the program, theinterns presented to the Country Manager andHead of HR, and a brief certificate distributionceremony was held followed by lunch.

When it comes to safety, no

compromises should be made. A

major part of ADP workforce uses

motorcycles for personal as well as

work related commute. Therefore,

the need for training on preventive

safety measures when using a bike

became essential.

To encourage the use of helmets by

bikers, a training initiative was

taken by Zahid Murtaza, Branch

Admin from Hyderabad, covering

sessions in 25 locations Pan

Pakistan to educate the employees

about the benefits of using a

helmet.

SMOG AWARENESS SESSIONAn Awareness Session on SMOG was held at the Lahore Sales Office andWarehouse. It was conducted to educate employees of the hazards thatcan take place and what can be done as precautionary and preventivemeasures in the harsh weather conditions. This was conducted byRegional HR Executive Muntaha Azhar Sheikh and Branch Manager,Zain-ul-Abideen.

A weapon handling training was conducted at ADP branches throughoutPakistan where security guards were educated about Gun safety rules andpractices. The purpose of these sessions was to minimize the risks ofunintentional death, injury or property damage caused by improperpossession, storage or handling of firearm. Security guards were taughttechniques to avoid accidental firing, negligent firing or the consequences offirearm malfunctions.
