Design and Purpose• The purpose of the survey was to ask North Country

residents to rank the top three health issues affecting their community.

• We sent the survey online to over 1300 people who either live or work in the North Country.

• The survey was sent to: healthcare providers, business professionals, law enforcement officials, educators, legislators, town officials and other community leaders and members.

• All respondents who completed the survey were entered into a drawing to win a Family Season Pass to the New Hampshire State Parks System. The drawing will be conducted today at lunch!
