Putting up small barriers to filter out people who waste your time is a good barrier

Removing your ex’s phone number from your phone book, so you have to look it up on

facebook is a good barrier.

Not having an IRA setup so you’re not dollar cost averaging into the market is a bad

barrier

The difference between what you can do today

and tomorrow is the product of the barriers you put in place or tear

down.

When you want someone else to do something for

you, make it so easy a trained monkey could do
