WHAT LEADERS NEED TO KNOW

Today’s competitive and ever changing marketplace requires organizations to stimulate and support leadership throughout every level of the enterprise. Leadership in the 21st century is far more complex than in the past as globalization and other significant trends have provided a complex and challenging marketplace that requires a variety of different approaches to leadership. In today’s competitive marketplace, the organization that identifies, grows and multiplies their most effective leaders gives itself a one-of-a-kind advantage to win. Leaders are made – they are not just born – and they must be integrated into the organization in meaningful ways. Organizations either develop their leaders - or their competitors will.

Every organization has leadership – and the success or failure of the organization is dependent upon the effectiveness of that leadership. As essential as leadership is to achievement, one would think that the “formula” for successful leadership would be identified and universally accepted. But the reality of the leadership landscape is that hundreds – perhaps thousands – of leadership frameworks exist, each with distinct opinions on the “formula” for effective leadership. In this seminar, we will investigate and dialogue about the right option for participants.
