What We See
To put it simply — people are complex and business is complex. Technology and speed have increased this exponentially. Hence, friction.
Friction looks something like this:1. Lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities 2. Lack of resource / Gaps in execution & ownership 3. Lack of clarity about the user and how to meet their needs: ineffective effort 4. Inconsistent collaboration and teamwork 5. Lack of openness and trust 6. How do we do this?1. We come in and listen to your teams through
interviews and observation. 2. We document and understand current systems
and help you design new ones. 3. We train and guide your teams through the first
implementations of your new systems.
