His career has spanned over seventeen years, his experience is in the areas of Lean Six Sigma, Quality, Con nuous Improvement, and Opera onal Excellence. He has worked in the Automo ve, Aerospace, Medical/Health Care, Electronics and Banking industries.

Mr. Griffin is a cer fied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from (Air Academy & Associates) and a cer fied Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from (Sigma Pro). He also holds Black Belt and Green Belt cer fica ons from various companies.

Mr. Griffin has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, both from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Mr. Griffin has a proven track record as a corporate change agent, trainer, and project mentor. Mr. Griffin is driven toward mely bo om line results, knowledge transfer, and business rela onship building. He has deployed Lean Six Sigma and DFSS for various fortune 500 companies. He has coached and trained over 230 Green Belts, 120 Black Belts, 90 top execu ves and 50 Master Black Belts. Mr. Griffin has worked for Bank of America, Quest Diagnos cs, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Dell, Gateway, IBM, Allied Signal/Honeywell, GKN Automo ve, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Heath System (FMOLHS) and RBS Ci zens Bank.
