Clients are able to investigate the time of day fatigue and distraction events occur, the location and duration of all events, and the speed the driver was travelling. Managers are also able to review detailed footage of each event to have a clearer understanding of driver behaviour in their fleet. Accessing Guardian Live To log into Guardian Live, visit www.guardianlive.io. Your Account Manager will provide you with your log in credentials to access your account. Guardian Live can be accessed on any device. For optimised use, it is recommended that you access Guardian Live on Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox. WHAT IS GUARDIAN LIVE?

Guardian Live is an online tool that provides fleet managers with intelligent data. Clients are able to investigate the time of day fatigue and distraction events occur, the location and duration of all events, and the speed the driver was travelling. Managers are also able to review detailed footage of each event to have a clearer understanding of driver behaviour in their fleet.

Accessing Guardian Live To log into Guardian Live, visit www.guardianlive.io. Your Account Manager will provide you with your log in credentials to access your account. Guardian Live can be accessed on any device. For optimised use, it is recommended that you access Guardian Live on Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

USER PREFERENCES

To change your user preferences such as your email address, language, time zone, measurement system, or temperature scale, click on the user symbol next to the Dispatch menu option.

THE FLEET TAB

1. View the fleet name, site, day and time. Use the down arrow to select another fleet.

2. Click the user symbol to change your password and other user settings or to log out.

3. Click on the hyperlink on the vehicle name to view fatigue and distraction data specific to that vehicle.

4. Click on the hyperlink to view on Google Maps the location of the vehicle when it last made contact with the database.

5. Ten vehicles are displayed per page, to view other vehicles in your fleet use the arrow buttons to move pages or to select to view more items per page.

6. To navigate back to this page, click the Fleet menu option on the main navigation panel.

THE ALERTS TAB

1. Click on the calendar symbol to view events from a particular date.

2. Click on the hyperlink on the vehicle name to view fatigue and distraction data specific to that vehicle. Click on the arrow button to the left of the vehicle name to expand the row to display additional event details.

3. Click in the Event Types box to filter your search by event type e.g. fatigue, glance away,

overspeed etc.

4. The shift/crew column indicates which shift the event occurred on e.g. a day or night shift.

5. The Speed column indicates the speed the vehicle was travelling at the time of the event.

6. The Duration column indicates the length of the event.

7. To navigate back to this page, click the Alerts menu option on the main navigation panel.

THE ALERT TAB – EVENT REPORT

1. Click on the hyperlink to open a detailed event report.

2. View the driver facing and forward-facing footage of the event for a full understanding of

what occurred.

3. Location where the event occurred.

4. Total duration of the event in seconds.

5. Distance travelled during the event.

6. Speed the driver was travelling at the time of the event.

7. Identify the shift that the event occurred on.

8. Time elapsed since start of shift.

THE DISPATCH CONSOLE – FLEET VIEW The dispatch console provides you with a real-time view of the fatigue risk, most recent events and error status of your fleet for the current shift. To view the dispatch console, click on Dispatch on the main menu bar.

Vehicles in the fleet are represented as icons, colour-coded to signal assessed driver fatigue risk. Green indicates normal driving, yellow indicates an elevated risk and red indicates a critical risk.

1. Click on the Home button to go back to the Guardian Live homepage.

2. Click on the Fleet button to navigate back to this page.

3. Click on the Shift button to see an overview of how your vehicles are operating in the current shift.

4. Click on the Log button to review the operations log (a text log of activity in the database).

5. Click on the menu drop down button to add a note to the shift log.

6. If a vehicle has a yellow square on the vehicle icon, it indicates that there is that the IVS

requires attention. If a number appears on the vehicle icon, this indicates the number of new active events awaiting classification from the 24/7 Guardian Center.

7. Automatically updated event feed showing new events when they are detected. Click the

examine button to view the footage.

THE DISPATCH CONSOLE – SHIFT VIEW

The shift view page in the Dispatch console shows the events recorded against each vehicle for the shift (default is 12:00am to 11:59pm).

1. Select this box to view all normal driving events in the shift.

2. Click here to print a hard copy of the shift log.

3. Click on an icon to review event specific information.

4. Legend for each of the event types.

5. List of all pending events from that shift.

THE DISPATCH CONSOLE – LOG VIEW

1. This column indicates the time that Guardian detected each event.

2. This column indicates the vehicle that the event occurred in.

3. Click the print or export buttons to save or print the log data.

4. This column specifies the type of event that was detected.

5. Actions that were recorded in the shift log for each event by the user.

6. Additional comments added by the user.

7. View up to 1000 events at a time.
