If you have a Google account such as a Gmail account, you can log into your Gmail account and create your blog from your Google account.
If you don’t have a Google account, you will need to click on the “Get Started” orange button.
Sign up to Blogger
Open any web browser like (Firefox,Chrome,IE)
In address field type http://blogger.com

Type your gmail address and password for login.

Click on new blog.
